Close to the sea Spent two nights. No staff at the hotel in the evening. Very bad wifi, and got no explenation why, and they didn't improve the situation. Parking at the site and short walk to to the beach.

Wir haben spontan für eine Nacht gebucht und sind spät angereist. Check-in hat super geklappt. Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt. Wir hatten ein schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war sehr ruhig. Sehr angenehm naturnah und mit Vogelgezwitscher, was wir sehr mögen. Frühstücksbuffet war inkludiert. Eine tolle Auswahl mit leckeren Sachen. Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar und dennoch im Grünen. Man ist wenige Fußminuten vom Strand entfernt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen - auch für ein langes Wochenende.

Wir waren im August da und absolut unzufrieden. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt in diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht. Obwohl es ein relativ kleines Hotel ist es hier total unpersönlich. Man kann erst um Punkt 15.00 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen, das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Die Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt. In den Zimmern hängt kein Bild an der Wand und es gibt keinerlei Deko. Im Bad fehlen die Kleinigkeiten wie Shampoo und Kosmetiktücher. Es gibt keine Minibar und keinen Kühlschrank. Die Internetverbindung funktioniert auch fast gar nicht. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur alle 2 Tage. An dem Raffrollo hingen tote Insekten von Anfang bis Ende unserers Urlaubs. Fliegengitter gibt es keine, obwohl das Hotel direkt am Wald liegt. Auf dem Balkon sammelte sich der Dreck in den Ecken. Für den Preis hätten wir echt was Anderes erwartet und werden dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Mein Standort Hotel Zur Ostsee Strandstraße 42, 18181 Graal-Müritz Hotel Heike O. 612 Punkte vor einer Woche Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, Strand und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Check in/out problemlos. Zimmer und Bad waren schön eingerichtet und sauber, die Betten für uns etwas hart,aber in Ordnung. Zimmer zur Waldseite ausgerichtet. Ansich eine gute Sache,nur liegt hier das große Problem. Es war uns nicht möglich die Terrasse zu benutzen oder das Fenster zum lüften zu öffnen. Die Mücken sind unerträglich. Es müsste dringend ein Mückengitter angebracht werden, auch wenn das schwer umzusetzen wäre. Das Frühstück würde ich als eher schlicht bezeichnen, ich würde mir doch eine bessere Qualität der Produkte wünschen (frischer Orangensaft, Bäckerbrötchen etc), das Personal ist höflich der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön.

Mit 🐕 Anfang März gebucht und ein Balkonzimmer gewünscht. Leider das schlechteste Zi. 1 im EG in dunkler Ecke erhalten - tagsüber mit Lampen erträglich. Alles sonst von Frühstück über Sauberkeit sehr gut. Unsere Reklamation wurde nicht gehört und unfreundlich abgewiesen.
