Very helpful and friendly reception. Food was very good and we particularly enjoyed the gala dinner. Gunther looked after us extremely well. A very good wine list to complement the food. Exceptional buffet breakfast with eggs to order to your taste. Comfortable room and spacious lounge / bar. Great base for winter hiking. You can start some from Seefeld town centre and, for others, you need to take a bus or train. It all works really well, the tourist information provides excellent free walking maps and the trails are well-marked.

We returned to the Bergresort after having not visited for a while. We found the rooms were beautifully redone, the facilities were immaculate and the welcome was just as warm as ever. You eat well - very well, you feel relaxed and at home and the staff are all charming.

We visited the hotel over New Years and early January 2022 with our dog and we were very impressed. We received a warm welcome on arrival (they ask the breed of dog to be able to personalize the ‘do not disturb’ sign which was a lovely touch) and during our one week stay we were delighted with the spa facilities, the lovely room and the delicious food in the restaurant (each table has a dog bed which is great). All staff (including the cleaning staff who always managed to clean our room when we were at breakfast - we have stayed in many 5 star hotels where this was not the case!) were welcoming and helpful. This is exactly what we expected when booking - a four star hotel in a good location with a broad range of facilities and an especially warm welcome for canine family members. We will be back.

We stayed at Bergresort 3 nights at the end of May. We arrived on 7pm (we let them know our arrival time a week earlier), and although dinner is served until 8:30pm the staff was inpatient. Not a great start. However, later it was much better. Food is usually from menu although there is always a salad and cheese buffet. You have to ask the waiter for Coffee, Tea and water, which is not so convenient. Dinner might take 1.5 hour cause you have to wait for service. Sometimes it is fine, but we had other plans on a certain day. Other than that - the facility is good and well maintained. Good to soak in the jacuzzi after a long hike. There are 2 inner pools and one outside heated pool - we favored the latter. It was nice be in the pool with a view of the surrounding mountains.

This hotel has the best facilities you will find anywhere for dogs. We will return here in future for sure because of it. However, the service in the restaurant was shocking. The staff, many from other parts of Europe, were totally disorganised and apparently are using the experience to learn German. As English speakers with a little German, this was of no help to us. They were very nice people and apologetic but need a lot of training and procedures in place to help them out. Simple aids like paper sheets with table numbers and what has been ordered would help them.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war bestens auch der guten Morgen Gruß, nach dem Bett machen täglich dann, sehr aufmerksam. Die Kulinarik muss man Loben echt toll. Die Nachmittag Jause ist schön angerichtet, gute Kuchen dabei, voll ausreichend. Das Zimmer/Suite Steinbock war toll eingerichtet, hatte eine reichliche gemütliche Größe. Beim Frühstücks Buffet es gab alles, ebenso ist das Abend Menü unbedingt zu empfehlen Der Service des Bedienpersonales war 1 a, es lief alles ruhig ohne Hektik ab. Die Frau Gabi Restaurant Leitung ging auf besondere Wünsche ohne umschweife ein toll. Das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis ist genau richtig ausgewogen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch zu empfehlen, mit Säften und Frischen Obst gab es alles .

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im Bergresort. Das erste Mal waren wir an einem Januar Wochenende. Das Essen und das Hotel waren toll. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Beim Frühstück werden sehr leckere frisch gepresste Säfte angeboten. Unser Aufenthalt im Mai war ebenfalls toll. Die Hunde Spielwiese war bereits voll ausgestattet und man konnte mit dem Hund trainieren. Das Essen und der Wellnessbereich war wie gewohnt toll. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Restaurant Bereich für Hunde. Jeder Tisch hat ein eigenes Bett und einen Napf für den Hund. Es gibt genügend Wandermöglichkeiten. Der Kaltwassersee ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Buchung mit Bitte um ruhiges Zimmer (weit weg vom Lift und Strasse). Mein Zimmer war direkt das erste neben dem Lift. Angeblich kam meine Nachricht nicht an. Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer, direkt zur Landstrasse und über dem Eingang mit dem Hinweis, es gäbe kein anderes Zimmer. Vor dem Eingang trafen sich morgens die Besitzer von 60 (fast alle gut ausgebildet) Hunden, von denen doch einige bellten. Ich hatte nicht gelesen, dass es ein Hundehotel ist. Es gibt getrennte Speisesäle, so dass die Hunde tatsächlich nicht auffallen. Massagen waren leider häufig nicht möglich. Ich hatte zwei sehr gute Massagen während meiner Woche. Die Bedienungen im Restaurant und die Zimmermädchen sind herausragend.
