Hotel pulito e in una buona posizione . Purtroppo il personale è estremamente SCORTESE, e decisamente poco accogliente. Alla reception NON C’E’ MAI NESSUNO. la cena dalle 18 alle 20, se arrivi alle 19,30 rischi di non mangiare e ti informano tranquillamente come non fosse un loro problema. Ho avuto un grave problema di salute, ho chiesto un dottore alle 20,50 di sera, e mi è stato risposto che loro avevano finito il turno e che avrei dovuto aspettare la mattina e andare da un dottore, o altrimenti arrangiarmi chiamando l’ambulanza. Ho chiesto un misuratore di pressione, e mi hanno detto che non ce l’avevano. E per la notte poi più nessuno in reception con le porte chiuse in ingresso. Il giorno dopo ho chiesto di partire per gravi problemi di salute, e loro senza batter ciglio mi hanno chiesto l’intera somma (erano 4 notti ne ho fatte 2) e nonostante io abbia chiesto uno sconto per la comprensione dell’accaduto, loro mi hanno messo in conto ANCHE 20 euro per 4 bottiglie di acqua !!! UMANITÀ 0 ! Sicurezza : 0 Gentilezza : -1
