I had the best time in every aspect.
The view was great, and most of all, I was able to relax in the sauna and pool. The breakfast was also satisfying, with classic German options.

A very good hotel, but the point deduction is due to the inconsistent handling of smoking on the breakfast terrace and balconies. Smoking was permitted on the terrace during breakfast at certain times. As a result, smokers and non-smokers sat about 1 meter apart, despite the non-smoking table. It was also impossible to sleep with the terrace door open, as smoking was permitted on the balconies. This was extremely unpleasant for non-smokers. For this reason, the hotel is not recommended for non-smokers!

We stayed in room 418 for 6 days. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the room. There was on the balcony and in the hallway, but what was the use? We informed reception on the first day. Unfortunately, the problem had not been remedied by the time we left. The mattresses were extremely worn. You'd roll out of bed if you weren't careful. The food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The wellness area was used to our advantage but not particularly by the other guests, although it was quite nice. All in all, the hotel needs to replace a few things. The furniture lets guests know that the hotel has seen better days. The lampshade on the floor lamp was stained and wobbly because it wasn't screwed down. There are small oversights that are already making us wonder whether we'll stay somewhere else next time. The service at dinner was good, and the cleaning crew were always cheerful and even congratulated me on my birthday with a little song. In the past, we'd get a bottle of sparkling wine for our birthdays, but now they're cutting back. A friendly birthday greeting in the form of a card from the hotel management. That's it. I've had better and different experiences at other hotels. It's a shame. We'll definitely visit Usedom again. I don't think it will be the same hotel.

Wir kamen schon zum 15. Mal als Sommergäste und waren wir wieder sehr erfreut über die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen, die leckeren und reichhaltigen Buffets zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen, die einfach nur spitze sind. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ob die sehr persönliche Ansprache an der Rezeption oder im Restaurantbereich, zusätzlicher Topper für einen noch erholsameren Schlaf oder die umgehende Reparatur unserer Toilettenspülung an einem Samstagabend, während wir essen waren - all das kann nur bei vollem Einsatz aller Beteiligten gelingen. Wir sind wieder einmal sehr beeindruckt und begeistert von unserem Hotel zur Post und kommen natürlich wieder. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Ein sehr schönes Gebäude, hübsche und helle Zimmer, alles ist sehr sauber, sehr gute Restaurants, eine schöne Nichtraucher-Bar, beheizter Innen- und Außenpool, was will man mehr? Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Abholservice vom Bahnhof ist super, damit hätten wir nicht gerechnet. Vielen Dank für einen entspannten und superschönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Bansin. Wir haben in einem der 3 Häuser gewohnt, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt. Ein sehr gutes, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet im Haupthaus. Zu den Hauptzeiten ist das große Restaurant sehr gut besucht. Man kann auch auf der Terrasse gut sitzen. Wir haben nicht an der Halbpension teilgenommen. Im Hotel gibt es einen großen Aussenpool, Liegewiese, Spa usw. Wir haben uns rundrum wohl gefühlt. Bernd & Sabine aus Thüringen

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel in Bansin. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zugewandt. Das Team beim Frühstück ist flink beim Abräumen und Neueindecken, sodass keine Wartezeiten entstehen. Im zugehörigen a la carte Restaurant Banzino haben wir mehrfach hervorragendes Abendessen genossen. Schwimmbäder und Saunen sind schön. Die Ruheräume leider etwas zu klein für die Hotelgröße.
