Well located hotel, with a very nice breakfast. Rooms are ok. The level and quality of service is not what is expected from a 4* sup. Customer experience could be greatly improved with.a more professional service. Given that service, prices are way too high.

Wir hatten nach einem ruhigen Zimmer Typ 8 gefragt und es auch bekommen. Das Zimmer mit Boxspringbett und Sofaecke ist sehr geräumig, das Bad ebenso. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück in Büffetform ist sehr lecker mit allem was man sich denken kann und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Freie Tischauswahl drinnen und draußen und nicht beengt. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und sorgfältig. Die Tiefgarage hat ausreichend große Stellflächen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade ist nur, dass man auch bei rechtzeitiger Buchung kein bestimmtes Zimmer reservieren kann.

Wir waren nicht im Hotel, sondern im Aussenbereich der "Günter´s Hotelbar", die zum Hotel gehört. Dort tranken wir einen hervorragenden Weißburgunder und wurden von Frau Gosch herzlich bedient. Sie brachte gleich für unseren kleinen Vierbeiner eine Trinkschale mit Wasser. € 10,50 für einen 1/4 Liter ist kein Sonderangebot, der der Wein war jeden Cent wert. Das Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein, bequeme Sessel, ein sehr gepflegter Garten und über die Strandpromenade einen Blick auf die Ostsee. Dazu herrlicher Sonnenschein. Trotz der doch etwas höheren Preise können wir das "Günter´s" sehr empfehlen!

Das beste Hotel am Platz . Frühstück überagend!!! Wellnessbereich sehr gut! Zimmer mit echtem Kamin... Fußbodenheizung im Bad . Fantastisch und gemütlich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Aussenpool mit Blick auf die Ostsee....100% Weiterempfehlung .

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Strandstraße mit Blick auf die Ostsee und die tolle Seebrücke von Ahlbeck. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen - Rezeption, Restaurant und SPA oder Zimmerservice - sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus ist schön, das Einrichtungs-Konzept super interessant, platzsparend und komfortabel. Wir waren begeistert. Geschlafen haben wir prima. Sehr gern hätten wir verlängert, wenn nicht die Arbeit zu Hause gerufen hätte.

Sehr schönes Hotel, frdl Mitarbeiter: innen, SPA!, Frühstück!!!, Seeblick pur. Gartenanlage toll auch morgens und abends. Restaurant auf hohem Niveau seit 2007/unser Erstbesuch. Kinderfreundliche Atmosphäre. Wir fühlen uns dort wohl.

Das Hotel liegt gut, der Spabereich ist sehr großzügig. Die Räume sind auch sehr groß gehalten. Dadurch dass das Hotel mehrere Bauabschnitte hat, wirkt es ein wenig verbaut und ist teilweise etwas zerrissen. Der gastronomische Teil ist sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist das ausgewogene und gute Frühstück und das nette Ambiente außen mit den Strandkörben.
