Ski back, Roll out Such a luxury to ski literally to the door AND roll into the lift every morning- I don’t think you could get a better placed hotel- really removes a lot of kerfaffle particularly with children. The food was outstanding with great and attentive staff. Really personable. The rooms are practical and kept very clean. The children really enjoyed the swimming pool and play area.

The hotel met all my requirements and wishes. The staff was super friendly when spoken to, the rooms were cleaned every day to perfection, the spa was super nice and big! It had and area for the kids and for the adults so you could always choose where to go. The food was amazing. I would very much like to go back!

You can feel a special care everywhere...Next to the main lift. An open pool and hot tube area just in front of the ski slope we take to get directly to the hotel. Live music on Saturday night. Reach breakfast, lunch after skiing and 5 course dinner in Austrian style. The best out of best.

We had a stay of 5 nights with together with our dog. We felt very welcome and the personel were very helpfull. We had our own table to eat our meals at which was nice because of the dog. The food was excellent.

On check-in immediately told that no Spa treatments were available. This being the whole purpose of our weekend break. Also , at Check-in we were asked to choose our evening meal! Food was cold and obviously been standing around for some time. 3,40 Euros for 1 capsule of coffee in the room! No water. The hotel is stylish… but not the best quality. Hotel is on a busy main road… so the balcony is not really useable. No breakfast service…. Not even for coffee. All self-service! I have stayed in much better places for the same cost.

RESTAURANTBESUCHER - KEINE HOTELGÄSTE Wir waren spontan dort, da wir auf der Suche nach einer guten Möglichkeit waren um etwas zu essen. Wir sind in dem sehr modern gestalteten Foyer freundlich in Empfang genommen worden Und haben auf Wunsch noch einen Platz auf der Terrasse bekommen. Diese liegt direkt neben der Seilbahnstation und nach hinten raus an einer großen Wiese. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Man schaut auf die Berge und die herauf fahrende Seilbahn. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr gut in der Beratung. Das wurde für fast alles eine gute Alternative gefunden. Egal ob Wein, Vorspeise oder Dessert. Auf dem gedeckten Tisch merkt man den Stil des Hauses. Sei es die Prägung auf den Platzdecken aus Leder, den Gläsern oder den Servierten. Alles wird edel. Aber konsequent und nicht dilettantisch. Fortgeführt wird die gute Linie bei den zubereitete Speisen. Auch wenn die Vorspeise hier Etwas lieblos aussieht und man das Gefühl hat dass etwas Farbe fehlt, hat sie denn noch gut geschmeckt. Das Curry als Hauptgang war fantastisch. Allerdings muss man dazu sagen, dass es ganz minimal scharf war. Aber das ist ja auch bekanntlich Geschmackssache. Das Dessert, war Im Vergleich zur Vorspeise sehr liebevoll angerichtet und hausgemacht. Alles in allem ein gelungener Ort zum guten Speisen und Wohlfühlen.

Modern hotel with a lot of charm and comfort. Good procedures from check-in to guest care to service and room provision. Free parking in the hotel's underground garage. The hotel is located directly on the busy main road. It's therefore worth booking the higher price segment, with rooms facing the courtyard or mountain-side. Perfectly presented meals served by an efficient and well-coordinated service team. Good interaction between kitchen and service team. Service staff go out of their way to take good care of their guests. Bar area invites you to linger. Professional bar-keeping that meets even pampered demands. Good wine selection with well trained advice. Wine tasting seminars are even offered. The only drawback for late risers: especially with the fruit selection and some fresh products, the display becomes scarce over time and is hardly refilled. Special highlight: included guest card with excellent basic services (public transportation, chairlifts, etc. in the entire region) during the entire booking period! Overall verdict: Worthwhile destination; go for it!
