My 5 stars is just for the front desk person, Milena! I can’t believe she made us change our mind and be there! Don’t get me wrong, Sedona is beautiful and the view from Orchards is unique, but the amount of problems that I experienced during my stay was kind of a lot for us. Milena assisted us with all help, calling engineers, calling housekeeping, suggesting restaurants and hikings, she made reservations and booked tours for us! She also gave us an amazing time at 89agave for all problems we had in the first night, it was very thoughtful and we loved the margaritas. We went to the The Vault (such a beautiful view e 5 minutes walking); we went to the resort below (Cress restaurant, so gorgeous and beautiful walk from the hotel), we went to Sedonuts for amazing donuts, and Rascal with an amazing live music on Friday with Dan Vega, all suggested by her She wanted to make sure we had the best time in Sedona, I think that was very important to her for some reason, and worked! Even though I was mad with my room and the problems, I had Milena every day (she was always there!) with a big and beautiful smile with a whole day planned for me. Milena told me about the renovation planned with such a passion that I’m very excited to go back and see everything done, so I’ll plan to go back just on 2026, as I didn’t enjoy how the layout of the hotel is right now. I hope she still there. Orchards, don’t let her go anywhere! My problems were: parking was a nightmare, toilet clogged all the time and also very low (my husband had a hard time during our 5 nights), I hate the carpet even though housekeeping make sure to clean, still an old carpet! (Hotel fault, housekeeping did an amazing job during our stay), fireplace stopped to work all the time, and etc. But again, everyone was nice to us and solved all the problems, I just didn’t like the inconvenience to have all these happening during our honeymoon. Thank you Milena, you made our honeymoon so special that I could follow you in any hotel you end up working, even in a motel hahaha But I know you will be big! PS: your English is great and we loved your accent! Never worry about that again! Don’t go back to Brazil, please! US needs your smile! See you soon!

This hotel must be really popular because there was very limited availability when we booked our room. They didn't have a suite on the floor we wanted, so we had to settle for a cheaper one on the bottom floor. Even so, we still had a great view from our room. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was nice. The room itself was rather small, but it was fine for the two nights we were there. The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, so we chose not to use our voucher the next day.

This hotel is wonderful. We will not stay anywhere else while in Sedona. It has a great location-walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. The very best thing about this hotel is the VIEW from your balcony! Awesome! To wake up with that view or to share a bottle of wine on the balcony overlooking the red rocks is priceless. The front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is an added bonus. The pool was never crowded and is lovely. We loved this place and can't wait to come back.

We have been going to Sedona for many years and this is by far the best views we have had and the rooms are spacious, well laid out and very clean. (I think they are in the process os refurbishing as well.) The location is right on the centre of Sedona and so you can walk to all the shops and central restaurants if that is what you want. The ownership is the same as the excellent L'Auberge de Sedona on the creek and is right below the Orchards Inn. (There is a path down to the creek form the hotel). The breakfast is served over in the Mexican restaurant across the car park and was perfectly adequate and the team there were very friendly. The reception team were very helpful as well. I would recommend the hotel, we also got a great rate at last minute.
