The room was very good. A group of 7 people stayed in the hotel for a self-driving trip. Thanks to the ladies at the front desk, Mei Duo and Garong La, for their help. 一言難盡的酒店，除了房間大，表面華麗，找不出其他亮點，而細節上則比較差了！先是屋頂低音持續蜂鳴噪音影響睡覺，投訴後派了説話不算的小服務員跑來跑去，3900米的海拔讓客人跟着跑來跑去換房，最後經投訴攜程才升了級換房。可是號稱美套房裡，那麼大的空間，行李架沒有，電視遙控器沒有，馬桶明顯污漬，浴室裏放浴液的枱麪都沒有，得放地上彎腰拿，洗澡放衣服的地方沒有……水是黃的……半夜12:30停電，鴉雀無聲，整個酒店跟死了一樣，朝大堂門口看了看，保安啊手電筒應急燈光都不見，推門看走道，走道居然連應急指示燈都沒有。比起藏區其他同等價位酒店，空有架子，號稱五星級還不如不稱，免得讓人失望。

設施：酒店大堂包括房間都裝潢的非常漂亮，偏歐式風格，高端大氣。 環境：地處位置好，在遊客集散中心隔壁，去色達佛學院乘車實在是太方便，色達停車不方便，到此不讓停，酒店有自己專有的停車場，車位也比較充足。 衞生：不能看細節，馬桶上能看到污漬，洗面台不乾淨，洗澡水不大，也不熱。 早餐很簡單，連快捷酒店都不如。

來色達縣去佛學院參觀下榻了這個酒店，酒店環境和配置在色達縣算是比較好的，方便停車有專門的停車場 距離去佛學院門票預約和坐車位置非常近很方便， 酒店廚師廚藝也非常nice。 由於天氣比較乾燥前台小姐姐貼心的幫我們準備加濕器。整個入住過程很舒心值得推薦！

房間設施很完善，夠大，供暖也挺好的，設施也算新，衹是打掃的不乾淨，衞生間裏全是臟臟的水印，是有顏色的那種印跡，馬桶上 玻璃上 牆磚上 沖水按鍵上 無法描述，前台沒有服務意識，看其它評論説大廳有公共吸氧區，問前台説吸氧要去中心醫院，我們十一點多到的，前台衹説沒打掃出房間，不能提前入住，我也覺得無所謂，不行就先去外面玩一圈也無所謂，結果房間就打掃成這樣，沒有拍那些圖片，衹能這樣描述一下，再説早餐，真的是挺差勁的，菜品太少，也不好吃，連基本的酥油茶都沒有，牛奶上的特別少，因為也沒有什麼可吃的，牛奶想去接第二杯，居然沒有了，這酒店還稱色達最好的酒店，整體服務太差勁了，白瞎那麼好的設施了

自駕遊途徑色達，停車方便，距離去佛學院上車點特別近，房間乾淨整齊，小姐姐梅頓服務態度很好！
