我是八月初去色達五明佛學院，晚上住的翁達鎮。所以選了這家民宿，就在場鎮上，整體感覺很好，沒酒店那麼設施齊全方便，但也得值得住。房子外面的環境就很鄉村，房間裏面就很整潔，很具有藏居特色，老闆和家人都很熱情，特別表揚老闆兩個孩子，相當懂事機靈。當天下午到了翁達就停電了，第一晚我們就應付着過了一夜，還天黑之前在院裏把車洗了！！！！第二天去了佛學院回來就來電了！第三天回的成都。晚上還是很冷，大家記得多穿衣服。那邊晚上幾度，成都是三十六七度！下次還會來這家店，祝老闆生意興隆！

首先攜程上的訊息虛假，標明瞭標間是獨立衞浴，24小時熱水，實際上這家民宿所有房間都是公共衞浴。當時很想致電攜程退訂，但因為長途趕路太累了，就算了。再説服務，開始要了一間圖片上的標間，窗户確實多，但最大的那扇窗子是沒窗簾的，説是剛壞，那麼大扇玻窗沒窗簾，你叫我們怎麼睡覺？要求店主換一間，她開始不同意，説隔壁的房間被人訂了，同樣的房型，難道不是誰先到誰入住嗎？我們要求不換房就馬上修好窗簾，最後店主才同意給我們換房。然後再説説設施，公共衞浴看似有四間，實際上能用的衹有兩間，其中三樓那間門鎖是壞的，幾次發生客人入廁後開不了門的情況，後來因為一位老年客人被鎖在裏面出不來了，衹能撬鎖。第二天一大早起來，居然停水了，廁所裏全是屎尿，無法漱口、無法洗臉，無奈衹能趕緊收拾東西離開。我們走的時候是早上8 點左右，那會其他客人已經全部逃走完了。最後我想説，民宿的周邊環境還是可以，有自己的院子，出去幾步路就有好幾家餐館可吃飯，街對面就是色爾壩藏寨可以參觀，如果民宿的設施和服務提升，也是個不錯的選擇！
