I was very disappointed to find out on arrival that my room did not have an ensuite bathroom, and that I was expected to use a communal/shared bathroom. This was never communicated upfront, and guests should be clearly informed before booking that not all rooms have private bathrooms. The hygiene standards were also concerning. The shared bathroom had one set of communal towels available for all guests, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Fortunately, I always travel with my own towels, but this could pose serious issues for other guests. At the very least, the establishment should: Disclose room types transparently, including whether bathrooms are shared or private. Remove communal towels from shared bathrooms for hygiene reasons. Provide accurate information upfront so guests can make informed decisions. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and improve both communication and hygiene practices going forward.

I had a pleasant stay at this guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable, and the common areas were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, a great value for the price.

This is a lovely place if you're travelling and need a self catering with great service accomodation. Friendly service, safe parking and there's even a gym. Close to the mall and has WiFi and Netflix so very comfortable

Everything was perfect. From our check in to check out there was no problems. Favourite part was the deliciously filling breakfast. The hostess,Cindy was a darling Will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you for a lovely stay
