The umbrella shaded patio table with chairs is ideal for enjoying that morning coffee or visits with friends. Because my home has wooden floors along with leather couches, it's important that these are protected from scratching of pets with long nails and enthusiastic personalities. I charge a $400 deposit to ensure for the possible cost of any damage caused by your pet. This is in addition to the pet cleaning fee ($100 per pet). If no damage occurs you will, of course, not be charged the $400.MiscMy home's location (directly across from The Barlow and centrally located in Sebastopol), while ideal for easy walking access to Sebastopol's many attractions, does mean there is traffic noise, as in any city.
