Well, it happened again!!! Another fabulous stay, making more memories at the best place to stay on the east coast of FL!! Island View Cottages never disappoints, and on the contrary! The accommodations are warm, super inviting, with attention to every detail. Innkeeper, Carmen, always ensures everything is perfect and tailored to your needs! We always chose Island View Cottages for as many celebration getaways as possible!

The cottages and grounds at Island View are well maintained and each is uniquely designed. Superbly managed. Even before you arrive Amy will reach out to you to see if there is anything additional you may need during your stay. Pet friendly cabins make this our go to resort when visiting Sebastian.

The cottages are in a beautiful, peaceful location on the river. Our cottage was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Such a nice, peaceful place to visit. Took Kayak across to the island, caught fish and relaxed in the chairs we paddled over with.. Rooms are super clean and nice. Everyone working is so friendly and remembers us every time we come.

Island view is now our favorite spot. Cottages very clean, bed super comfortable, host & staff very helpful and friendly. Grounds and common area very clean and groomed. Our little shihtzu loved it too.
