The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi. The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier. The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!

We have stayed in this gem of a hotel at least five times now, and it is consistently excellent. Seattle offers many lodging options, and this hotel has become our favorite. We love this small chain and have stayed in nearly all of them. This Seattle hotel is the jewel in the crown as far as we're concerned, not necessarily because it is the most fancy but because the staff always go out of their way to make the experience a genuinely welcoming one. The pineapple theme is charming, and this particular hotel layers in a fun 60s theme that is upbeat and nicely done. The rooms and lobby are always immaculate, the bedding among the most comfortable of any upper-end hotels, the amenities are appealing without being pretentious. Self-Parking is safe and easy on the premises, creative snacks are offered at the desk, and the rates are among the most affordable for an area that is often challenging. We hope that someday they are able to bring back their breakfast and cute bar. The staff is consistently helpful, genuinely warm, and consummately professional, going out of their way to find ways of making our stay memorable. This particular University Inn managed to do this even in the worst days of the pandemic lockdown when we had to be in the area for serious reasons. We really appreciate the kindness and high quality that the management of this hotel manages to find in exceptional caliber of its hotel staff, especially at a time when so many organizations are struggling to keep even minimum staffing levels. Thank you Staypineapple University Inn! We look forward to coming back whenever possible!

There are many Chinese restaurants around the tea shop, Slate Coffee Roasters at the door must go! !! !! Split coffee is very special, close to UW, and convenient transportation; many foreign hotels will charge cleaning fees, but this one does not have it, it is great!

The location is good, very close to the pike market space needle and the aquarium. Many restaurants next to the aquarium and pike market. The scenery is great. A few nights at 10 o'clock, it is still safe. Typical American hotels do not have slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and other disposable items, you need to buy them yourself. The parking lot is very convenient to the lobby. There is a charge for parking, and forgetting how much is very expensive. The parking garage is too small, and the rented mini van is tired. The hotel service is not very useful. I do n’t know. Anyway, no one cares about getting in and out. Because of jet lag, I didn't have breakfast in the morning. Tweak, the marked breakfast time is Monday to Friday from 6 to 9 o'clock. It's a bit awkward, if it's 10 o'clock. The weekend was postponed to 10 o'clock. Facilities are not new or old. The shower in the bathtub cannot be held by hand. It is inconvenient to bathe your baby. The balcony is small. Because it was cold in November, I didn't see the scenery on the balcony, and the marina was opposite. Don't expect too much. You can see the seaplane taking off and landing. Prices fluctuate greatly every day. I came back and researched. In the same week, the daily unit price can be 2-3 times worse. I lost because I was in a hurry. Paid $45 a day for use of their ”secured” site and my car got broken into and they have no cameras and can't do anything. The Areas was only accessibly by Staff or Guest with Access. Very suspicious and deeply concerning. The rest of my trip had to be cancelled as they stole all of my camping/fishing gear. My coworker has mentioned that they also had a break in when staying at the Seattle Marriot. Honestly felt like they did not really care, and do not have any plans on addressing these issues on their property. They have broken my trust in them for hospitality/safety. Besides the break in I would have already rated them as a 2.5. The room was extremely basic and are quite loud. I had to sleep with headphones as I can easily hear my neighbors (from conference calls to sex) and there is no cleaning/turn down service and you are expected to ask for anything you needed restocked instead. They were priced 1/3 higher than others in the area and I choose them for their secured garage”. Not worth it and I would recommend the Silver Cloud Inn across the lake. Never had any issues there,

Pros: The suites with kitchen are suitable for families, breakfast is more abundant, there is a free simple American dinner from Monday to Wednesday, and there is a shuttle bus to downtown Seattle and the market around the hotel. 10 minutes drive to Gas Park, UW, Kerry Park; Disadvantages: There are no restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It is best to have a car or use the hotel shuttle to travel. The room too close to the main road is very noisy.

We stayed at this motel in July 2019. It was completely unclean. There was a loaf of bread in the dresser along with a dirty fork and other garbage. There was mold and fuzzy stuff on the toilet, the shower was dirty and something red and sticky in the drawers. We were not going to be in the room except at night, which still made us cringe not knowing what might be on the bedding, and after our first night they wanted to relocate us to another room as we were leaving for appointment. Were actually irked that we did not have time to pack up our stuff and move for them - they had a booking problem. In addition, their “breakfast” was non-existent and the coffee was either out or cold. Will never stay there again!

Overall, it was a very satisfied hotel. The bedding was very comfortable. I probably lived in the most comfortable bed and bedding in the United States. The various items in the room have the hotel's pineapple logo, which is very delicate and beautiful. Overall it is a very favorite hotel. The only bad thing is that this hotel will charge an additional 150/day amenity fee. This is the first time I have lived in all the hotels. The amenity is not a special amenity. What's the fruit, and I didn't know it was charged before I checked out. Based on this, probably will not consider this hotel chain in the future.
