If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:- We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them.- If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.- Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion.
