Eddie was amazing. We could not figure out the key code to the penthouse. He came up immediately and showed us around after he helped us inside. We could not find extra towels and he made sure we had those both the first night in the late evening. He also gave us suggestions of places to eat nearby and was so helpful for our trip.
We would definitely stay there again

Recommended! The hotel is very comfortable. The front desk staff is very helpful. They recommended the representative attractions of Seattle to me. Thank you very much. In addition, the wife of the hotel needs to pay separately or register for membership.
Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!
Can’t sleep well for our 4 nights stay because the ambulance was so noisy every night and the car nose too! If you walk from the train station to hotel, you have to walk at least three blocks on every sharp uphills which I don’t like! The washroom was so small special in the toilet and shower tubs! The beds was too soft too! Just like the ever old hotels. Totally not refer to this hotel when its price is almost $300/night!!😜😜
The hotel is in a good location in the city centre. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the waterfront, Greatwheel, and the Seattle Art Museum. Hotel parking is very expensive, more than 6 hours or overnight is 42 US dollars (excluding tax), the actual bill should add about 10% of the state tax and city tax on this basis, so good ⊙ _ ⊙
The hotel is in a good location, across the road from the Seattle National Library. All attractions can be reached on foot. The rooms are decorated in a new and unique style, and they are very comfortable and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, I don't know how. There is an additional fee of $20 to the store.
The first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
It’s a nice hotel in the downtown Seattle!
Clean room but the hallway had some weird smell.
There were some homeless in front of the hotel which felt insecure.
But overall great hotel.
