"Although the location of the hotel is in downtown, it is not the best. It takes 6,000 steps to get to Pike Place Market. It was built in 1909. It can be seen that it is very old and not well maintained. I have lived in Italy Longer hotel, the cleaning is not very good, the room has a musty smell, but the serviceis very good, the staff at the counter are very friendly, the luggage delivery service staff and the valet car are also very good , People who like buildings with a sense of history recommend you to stay."
"Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!"
"Good location, walking distance from the pike place of the ferry wheel of the food terminal. But parking is expensive. Hotel staff will recommend parking in the public car park opposite. But remember to put the paid receipt in the front window of the car, otherwise it will be a ticket for unpaid."

"Booked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport."
"The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹"
"Locations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return."
"The hotel is conveniently located, with Monorail and Light Rail around 5 mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many F&B options in the hotel."
"Great location in between pike place and space needle. Just be slightly careful not to wander on 1 street beside hotel as some homeless folks there. If not, location is pretty safe. There's a local pho restaurant opened by Koreans opposite the hotel which is really tasty. Go try it out!"
"It was such a great stay at this hotel. The room is high tech with a tablet control. The blackout blinds were super perfect. Showers were great, no need to struggle in getting right temp.easy access to many places within walking distance."

Amazing
GGuest UserGreat location! First-time experience. Cool high-tech room. Overall a comfortable 3-night stay. Very effective sound-proof of the room. Staff are also friendly and helpful.
In-room coffee/tea/hot water and a second sitting chair would be a plus!
MMegan LindseyThe overall experience was great. Convenient location in walking distance of, light link, Pikes Place, Space Needle, and Capitol Hill. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Easy to leave luggage after check-out in a safe location for the day before catching a late tram to the airport.

BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
PPchewA unique hotel chain.
Great location , walking distance to major sights including Space Needle , Chihuly garden, Pike public market, Amazon Spheres etc
Lots of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as well
Excellent services from the staff as well as a good size room.
Highly recommended for couple or small family.

ZZHENYUVery good, there is a parking lot, it is very convenient to go to the Chinese supermarket. The proprietress is also very polite. There is a kitchen where you can make your own breakfast. Access is also very convenient. The large mall has only 2 skills. In the evening, I went to eat the steak and the surrounding environment was also very good.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is convenient, but it is situated right next to the highway, resulting in a high level of noise from the constant traffic. Additionally, the hotel charges $50USD per night for parking with in-and-out privileges. During our stay, we experienced a delay at the parking gate due to a previous car being unable to exit, and there was a lack of immediate assistance from the parking staff. Furthermore, when inquiring about the following day being a public holiday, the front desk was unable to provide this information. Despite having stayed at this hotel twice this year, I am considering alternative options as I believe there may be better choices available for the price of $400 per night.
GGuest UserHotel was convenient one night stay as it was close to the Cruise Terminal. There are alot of restaurants close by and the Space needle is a couple blocks away. However, one member of their staff were calling the white guests in front of me all the time. I am a foreigner who has just experienced for the first time racism in America. Will definitely not go there again.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
LLingThe only good thing is the location in downtown. I stayed 6 nights continuously and there is no room services. When I asked for it they say the charge is $40 each. Well, all I need is to get the garbage removed!? So garbage is in the room for 6 days. There is no room services and so coffee capsules and bottled water in the room are not refilled until you ask for it. When I call the room services, it always replies ‘sorry the mail box is full’. Only when I go to the corridor and see the cleaning lady, I will be lucky to get what I need. Honestly, not likely I will stay here again.
GGuest UserThe Space Needle can be seen from the corridor. The facilities are old-fashioned. The room I stayed in was close to the elevator, so I couldn't sleep from 6 o'clock. The heating was strong, and it was just right to turn it off in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a bag per person, with an apple, which was relatively simple.
