"We had a very easy check in and they allowed us straight in our room at 12pm. We were given free happy hour drinks and credit for food which was a nice extra. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee. Our room had a good view. Highly recommend for location in the heart of downtown. Elephant and Castle pub below the hotel."
"Friendly staff, clean room, good location.
Easy to access from SEA airport using Light Rail, 40 minites away, then short walk to hotel. Also easy to access Monorail to Space Needle & surrounding attractions.
A few blocks walk to Pike Place, Seattle Convention Center. Nearby stores : Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress for Less, Target, Asian grocery store HMart.
Would not hesitate to book this hotel for future stays."
"Although the location of the hotel is in downtown, it is not the best. It takes 6,000 steps to get to Pike Place Market. It was built in 1909. It can be seen that it is very old and not well maintained. I have lived in Italy Longer hotel, the cleaning is not very good, the room has a musty smell, but the serviceis very good, the staff at the counter are very friendly, the luggage delivery service staff and the valet car are also very good , People who like buildings with a sense of history recommend you to stay."
"This is a budget hotel conveniently located a 13-minute walk from Light Rail Line 1 and a 5-minute walk from a 7-Eleven. It offers spacious rooms and cleaning services every other day, providing excellent value for money."

"Excellent location if you need to go to University of Washington. A lot of restaurants (Korean, Thailand, Chinese, Sandwitch, Cafe cusines) are nearly by within 5 to 10 minutes.
Room Cleaning will be provided once every two days.
Room is Spaceous.
Netfix is available and you can connect to your own account."
"I stayed here in 2023. This is my second time. I am very satisfied with it. The room is large and clean, with complete facilities, including microwave, tableware, and a large refrigerator. Breakfast is also included, and the taste is acceptable. There is a Safeway nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The food street is also nearby, but the taste is quite average. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Huada. The staff has a good service attitude and greets you every time you enter and leave. You can make an appointment for daily cleaning or every other day, and you can also ask for an electric kettle."
"The room is a suite, which is quite large, but the hotel is older and not modern in style. Don’t have too high expectations, you need to rent a car or take a taxi. Breakfast is also relatively simple, and there are no other drawbacks."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to.
Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something].
Some things to note:
Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner].
Why not 5 stars all around?
The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].
CCheongGeraldineWe arrived the hotel very early at 9am after disembarking from the NCL cruise and the hotel allowed early check in due to available room at no extra costs, much appreciated! The bed and pillow was also very comfortable, the room was very large compared to the hotel rooms near Pike's Place and it's about 15 mins walk to Pike's Place, great hotel!

Very Good
GGuest UserLocations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
BBenny the kidGreat location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.
GGuest UserHotel was convenient one night stay as it was close to the Cruise Terminal. There are alot of restaurants close by and the Space needle is a couple blocks away. However, one member of their staff were calling the white guests in front of me all the time. I am a foreigner who has just experienced for the first time racism in America. Will definitely not go there again.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
GGuest UserI enjoyed the stay very much. The AC worked perfectly fine. The black out curtains did their job. The room was clean and quite. I would say for those who might have a difficult time carrying their luggage up a flight of stairs. This place might a difficult place for you. The elevator starts at the second floor. That’s the only complaint. I didn’t have an issue with it personally but I can see it being a challenge for others. I’m just saying this to spread awareness.
