The location is excellent, directly next to Pike Place Market and the world's first Starbucks. It's a serviced apartment with a kitchen and shared laundry room. The appliances are dated, but the location is a minor issue. There's no central air conditioning, but instead a desktop fan with cooling ducts running directly out of the windows, making it impossible to close them. Traffic noise from the street is also quite loud at night. The best feature is the self-service check-in system, where the hotel sends text messages with the main door, room door, and elevator codes. Since I booked through Ctrip, I didn't receive any text messages, which meant I didn't know what to enter when entering the main door. I pulled hard on the door several times, causing misunderstanding and even annoyance from the front desk staff. There's no parking available, but nearby parking lots are plentiful but very expensive. Overnight parking costs between $36 and $72. No meals are served.

Since I was staying over New Year's Eve, it was very noisy during the night. I don't think it's a big deal unless it's a special occasion. The location is great. There was also a coupon for cupcakes.
Since it is an apartment, rather than checking in, you can obtain the code number by entering the necessary information (credit card number, etc.) from the QR code.
Cooking utensils are also available. Although it may seem a little expensive due to its location, it is a recommended hotel.

The convenience was so nice and the location gets an A+. The only thing I would have to add is that it was so incredibly hot in the room that we had to open all the windows and put their portable AC to where it would blow under the covers. Despite it being cold outside I was sweating the whole night.

Super close to Pike Place (across the street!). It was nice to have a mini kitchen to eat breakfast. It’s an older building, but the rooms were clean. One small elevator, worked the entire time! Good value choice.

perfect for our family stay
Nice place close to the Pike Place Market. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Nearby parking was easy and the Staff was so exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. Special thanks to Nazra for being so friendly.and personable. There is an old world charm to this historic hotel but all the in room ammenities were up to date. could have easily stayed longer.

Absolutely fantastic location! Worth every cent!
Property was amazing! Loved the one bedroom apartment layout. Made me feel like I was living in the city. The location is absolutely ideal. A one minute walk to Pike's Market and easy access (maybe 5-7 minute) walk to public transit to connect to SeaTac. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just as a heads up, some rooms have an interior, courtyard only view, but that didn't bother me at all. Would absolutely stay here again.
