A great location near Pike Place market. Big, clean rooms. Nice attached restaurants and viewing deck. The biggest negative was trying to move a date one day ahead due to a flight change. After multiple calls with the hotel revenue manager and Trip.com, we finally were able to move it. Trip.com was super helpful but it was very painful with the hotel in particular. They made it seem impossible but it ultimately was quite straight forward. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to attractions such as Pike Market. The hotel breakfast is also very delicious and the service is very warm. I highly recommend staying here!
