I will say one thing that is not good about this hotel. That is that the price you pay on Trip .com is not enough. The receptionist charged me an additional $75 for the security fee. It should be included beforehand.

Our overnight stay in Seattle was fantastic, all thanks to the amazing front desk team who made checking in and out a breeze. Even though valet parking was a bit pricey (which seems to be the case everywhere in Seattle), it was super convenient to just drop off our keys and have our car ready whenever we needed it. The room had everything we needed and was comfy. Plus, it was an easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena for our event, less than 30 minutes away.

Great view. Awesome employees and service. I did find a long hair (about 10 inches) in the shower—my hair is only about 1 1/2 inch long sooo. Also wasn’t informed (maybe I missed it somewhere) that there was a charge for parking until we were checking out. Overall a great and convenient location!

Great hotel! Have stayed at other hotels in Seattle that are more expensive and this hotel is much nicer and larger rooms for less. Would definitely come back - great locationg

I would change my review if they would fix one thing. They put a typical hold on my credit card when I checked in. Instead of releasing the hold, they charged most of it to me with no explanation. I emailed them to ask for a receipt detailing the charges and they have ignored me for days. Other than that, we liked it, except it was a bit loud.
