I will say one thing that is not good about this hotel. That is that the price you pay on Trip .com is not enough. The receptionist charged me an additional $75 for the security fee. It should be included beforehand.

The front desk staff was very friendly and exceedingly helpful answered all her questions gave us great places to eat it highly recommend staying there especially if you’re seeing a show at the Paramont theater couldn’t have gone better

Found a potato chip on the floor next to the bed. Other than that our stay was Great!! When we came I was informed Because I had a VIP status we got an upgrade on our room. We were here in Seattle to watch a show at the Moore theater. I like how it’s close to everything downtown. Everyone was accommodating. We will come back

The location was a quick walk from the ferry and near several attractions. My friend and were able to get everywhere we needed to with a quick walk. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and the room was clean an comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Two small items prevented this visit a five star. There was no shower cap in the bathroom and there was no housecoat for the bedroom. I have come to expect both of these items in hotels and consequently did not pack my own. Cleanliness throughout was excellent. Valet parking was tiresomely long but I suspect this was due to staffing shortages. Overall a very high 4.75 stars out of 5.

Great location in the downtown area for access to the convention center. Good breakfast in the restaurant. However, the dinner menu is very limited. Hotel rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Best of all is the service. Very good staff.
