The hotel was lovely, and it was right beside the station. Very near the university as well. The service was nothing special, as we tried requesting for things and they didn’t seem considered at all.

1. There is no refrigerator in the room
2. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, and the jars of bath products fixed on the wall are all empty, and there is no replacement
3. Once you enter the room, the air is not fresh and very uncomfortable
4. The most expensive skyline view room booked is only for the 7th floor
5. The room is small and uncomfortable
6. The front desk service is very good, which is the only thing worthy of praise in this hotel!
Summary: Will not stay at this hotel again nor recommend

Overall the hotel is average. There are many homeless people around. It is not very safe. The room is small and there is no hot water for bathing. It is okay to stay there for a while.

The staff are very friendly, the cafe on the first floor and the restaurant on the top floor are very convenient. Safe and abundant dining in the Huada area. Perfect.

My stay was great. Loved the overall esthetic of the hotel. Beds were comfy. We had an outstanding view of the Lake Union & the space needle! We enjoyed the staff friendliness. The Mountaineer Club was a fun entertaining spot!

Why is this called VIP access? There was nothing vIP about our stay. The room has no amenities. No frig, powdered coffee and creamer. We had to go down to buy coffee. We had to pay the usual fotune for parking. The TV choices were mostly Fox or Sinclair, the button on the phone for valet didn’t work and the thermostat for the room wasn't accurate. Our first and last time ro stay there
