Rubbish hotel, the refrigerator is dirty and smelly, a small house with more than a dozen rooms, poor sound insulation

good location, bad appliances
The place had a great location. The reason that I had a bad experience was that the washer machine kept shorting, my clothes were soggy and on the second evening after it was supposed to be fixed, it shorted again and I had soggy clothes, and the owner did not think I deserved to be compensated for dealing with laundry issues for two evenings. The place was quite loud, insulation was below average.
