This is a nice studio at a convenient location. 5-10min walk to the swimming deck in the green lake park. Very quiet neighborhood.

What a hidden gem! Great location - short walk to beautiful Green Lake, shops and restaurants. Owner is very responsive and communicative. Place is very clean and has all the amenities of a cozy home.

Almost Ideal
Pros: Great location by Green Lake & quiet/safe neighborhood. Quick (10 min.) walk to Greenlake shops/cafes. Parking available in neighborhood, but not immediately in front house. Studio very nicely designed.
Cons:Bed was NOT comfortable (uneven/hard foam). 2 keypads at entry gate & door difficult to see/use at night because no illumination. (So if you don’t have charged phone w/ flashlight available, you can’t see/use keypad #s to get inside!)
