The Radisson has the best location for an airport hotel at SeaTac. Big rooms and good sized bathrooms. It is my goto hotel when in Seattle as the light rail is also close. Not many options for dining but such is life.

Overall the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The corridors and overall look of the hotel were super dated and felt like I was stepping into a prison hallway. Could do a bit of work there to make it more welcoming. Instead of bringing amenities up to the room, the staff simply said they didn’t have anyone to do so- but three people were just standing at the reception chatting away. Don’t expect much, but a good room for a quiet nights sleep near the airport.

Great experience but the elevator was not functioning. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs. They did give us the option for the first floor but we had noise concerns there. I would use them again as the beds were comfortable.

I paid the whole amount for 2 nights when I made a reservation through Trip.com (as the immediate payment was condition on the site). When checking in, I gave the hotel my credit card information for the security purpose (which is totally normal), however I noticed that I was doubled charged for the accomodation fee after I left the hotel. Motel is ok. Has an airport shuttle. Simple breakfast (hot drinks, fresh fruits, waffle, .... ). But it is very noisy. I would stay to Hampton Inn SouthCenter next time, wich is more quiet, and has a fantastic breakfast (that's his biggest advantage)

The hotel is relatively new and has complete facilities; it is very close to the airport, and there is a free shuttle bus; breakfast is expensive to buy separately; I initially booked a day, and then added another day, but when I went to the hotel front desk, I was told that I only had one day of reservations, and then Ctrip Get it done with intervention

This hotel is idea for a few days rest from overseas travel back with shuttle service and can call for early check in before 3pm. Rooms are adequate for the price and front desk staff is customer friendly. I will stay here every time when I leave for overseas or return.

The front desk lady at morning was so rude I ask to keep my baggage because flight was at evening while i check out time was at 12. She replied we don't have this service but finally she kept my baggage.

We were late arrivals, so hurried to the restaurant for a snack. It was fabulous. The clam chowder was the best I have had, and my husband raved about the soup of the day. The warm bread was excellent, and our server was stellar. It was a lovely experience.
