"The hotel's setting feels like a resort and it's very conveniently located near the airport. They offer a 24-hour airport shuttle service, with buses departing every 20 minutes. However, the hotel facilities are quite dated. The front desk staff often suggests room upgrades, but these come at an additional charge. If you're driving, be aware that hotel parking is also chargeable, though you can use your room key card for seamless entry and exit."
"Great place to stay when traveling to/from airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub area, and had lots of breakfast options. Helpful staff answered all my questions. Also had shuttle service to/from airport so very convenient. Would definitely stay here in the future!"
"I recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out.
Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports.
The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac.
Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!"
"Many hotels near the airport are very convenient, with free bus pick-up. This hotel is only 6 minutes' drive from the airport. The reason for choosing this hotel is because it is a steak house, the pasta is really delicious, and the wine is also good!
The disadvantage is that the facilities are old. If you live in the annex, you have to walk a long way, and the carpet is not easy to drag the suitcase. It's really tiring to walk! If you don't want to walk, you must ask to live in the main building"
"It has the best facilities I have ever stayed in in the United States. In particular, the rooms are spacious, so you can use the space very leisurely and comfortable. One guest room, two beds and a sofa bed covers five people. The accessibility to the airport (it takes about 11 minutes to Seattle Tacoma International Airport) is very good. In addition, we were able to enjoy a comfortable breakfast through a private parking lot and a large on-site restaurant. There are fitness facilities, which are also good for exercise. The active and friendly service of the front desk staff was also satisfactory. If I go on a trip to Seattle again, I would like to stay again! 👍"
"The motel was in a great location for the airport. Room was clean, but average. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I feel above average in helping the customers. The breakfast had very good breakfast burritos and sausage patties, and most of the other things you expect an airport motel to have for breakfast. The WiFi had a problem, at least for me. The WiFi signal kept dropping in and out for some reason.
I would stay at this motel given the reason I did this time."
"A typical American hotel, not pursuing luxury, but high quality, spacious rooms, big beds, clean and comfortable bedding. The only regret is that there is no bathtub, but it is cost-effective among the hotels around Seattle Airport. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is quiet and spacious, and airline employees stay from time to time. The shuttle bus for airport pick-up is also convenient, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the airport. The overall feeling is good, and I will stay here again next time I come to Seattle for a layover."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was staff knocking three times to clean. If check out is at noon, please don’t knock to see if we are out and you can clean the room. Ask the front desk. That was very bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good stay and things felt clean and we felt safe in this location."
"Aloft Hotel at SeaTac was a pleasant surprise. Very efficient and friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Live music was playing just off the lobby and I was given two cold bottles of water immediately.
The next morning I arrived for the airport shuttle just as they were leaving the parking lot. The person at the front desk assisted me in downloading an Uber App and gave me cash to pay for it.
Couldn’t ask for anything more!"
"Arrived earlier than check in time. The front desk was able to give me early check in additional $50 paid.
Location was even nearer than I thought and so convenient. Room is clean and comfy and overall good experience. Will stay again if I fly to Seattle and need hotel near airport.

GGuest UserI would actually give it a 3.5. Close to the airport is about a 4. The beds were not comfortable; pillows were almost flat; could definitely hear airport noise; nothing exciting from the breakfast- just thankful there was something. The front desk staffers need some classes on customer service. No one said, thank for choosing Country Inns or welcome, how can i help; totally lacking good customer service. I liked Country Inns in Georgia but not Washington (Seattle).

Jjuz4moiThe hotel location is unbeatable, the service staff is attentive & polite, the check-in procedure was efficient (no-wait). The 2 beds queen room was spacious for a family of 4. The air-conditioning was strong for the summer heat. TV channels’ reception was clear. We didn’t drive but I guess you could park your vehicle right in front of your room window. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to Westfield Southcenter. I wish the bathroom had better ventilation, other than that, it was perfect for us. Thank you!

SSammyRest24The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient.
One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information.
But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

AAlane AiharaWe knew what we were booking when we chose this hotel so my review is based on realistic expectations for this level of budget-conscious accommodation. 1) Shuttle service was EXCELLENT - since the hotel is so close we got picked up within 10 minutes of arriving at the designated island in the parking structure for courtesy pickups. Bottles of water were offered to us free of charge by the gracious driver which was a nice touch. Going back to the airport was equally simple! Highly recommend tipping these gentleman for their customer-focused service.
2) Receptionist and check-in was efficient and polite, but not overly enthusiastic, again, which was fine since we knew we weren’t staying at the Hilton.
3) Common areas were as expected: older, a bit run down, but elevator was working fine. Recommend asking for a 1st floor room (which is on the 2nd floor above the lobby) in case you’re in a rush so you can use the stairs if necessary.
3) Room furnishings were renovated/refreshed which we were very thankful for, however the carpet was not — it was sticky and worn, so SOCKS are suggested, or cheap inside slip-ons.
4) In-room amenities are sparse, but provided everything needed for short stays. They even had single-serve coffee packs which we really appreciated. Hangers on the closet were FEW - we requested additional ones but were told they didn’t have any. If we were staying longer we would’ve invested in a set of 10 from Target to dry laundry on (we just brought some Woolite from home and hand-washed small batches in the sink as needed).
5) Nothing to do with the property, but just wanted to alert travelers that UBER and LYFT prices are RIDICULOUS here! We chose not to rent a car because we’re from Japan and drive on the opposite side of the street there, but WOW, in 3 days we spent over $200 in ride share costs just to go out each night to places within 30 minutes of the hotel. YIKES!
Overall, for the cost, convenience and little courtesies we received here at the RRI, we would recommend staying here as long as you set your expectations properly.

GGuest UserThis place is a much older Motel 6 in lovely Bremerton. I chose a smoking room which happened to be on the third floor and walking up those steps covered in the green fake grass that were shaky was not cool. When I got to the room, I walked in and smelled straight cigarettes. The room stopped pretty bad. It took me until the middle of the night to figure out that it was due to the room next-door because there was a door between us. When he finally stopped smoking, the smoke finally went away and when he started again in the morning, it was coming back under the door. I called down and asked to see if I could bemoved and it was not possible. Unless I chose to be in a non-smoking room. But I didn’t realize the smoking would be 24 hours. Plus, the broom was pretty battered, but the bedding was good and so were the pillows. I can’t stand that Motel 6 only gives you soap now. Prices went up 30% and then they’re dropping shampoo and conditioner.

GGuest UserWe are seniors and live in SEATAC,WASH, in an older mobile home and temp's are almost 100 and no AC, so had to get a room close by for cooling, we cannot afford anymore than 3 nights, as it is still very hot here. The room was nice/big but few amenities. They have hardwood floors and they were dirty, as I wore slipper socks in room and they were very dirty on the bottom after. Wish we could have got better deals. Thanks MAYNA J YOUNG
GGuest UserIt is really convenient to have airport shuttle service at any time. I don’t have to worry about missing my flight in the middle of the night. The staff at the counter patiently guided me to where the shuttle bus is at the airport. The sound insulation of the room is slightly poor but it doesn’t have much impact.

GGuest UserI choose to stay here after my 9-hour flight from Japan, in order to get over jet lag. I’d stayed here before and was pleased, but this time my stay was average. The hotel has a musty smell, so I opened the window only to realize that my second floor room was easily accessible from the ground. The clerk was kind enough to switch my room to the 4th floor.
They’ve added a new laundry room, but it’s in the parking garage, which personally makes me feel unsafe.
Besides that, the amenities such as the free shuttle and mall express were convenient.
I would recommend it for a layover but not for a vacation.

GGuest UserMy flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

EEksiI stayed in SeaTac Inn at 13 Oct 2024 and I would like leave a trace. This Inn location is good because near to Tacoma airport and the price also affordable and they give free shuttle too. If there is no trouble with the phone line, you can use the free phone service in the Courtesy vehicle area to call the hotel for the pickup, but unfortunately the phone was not work on that date so we decided to use Uber to reach this Inn.
About this Inn, I can say it is pretty comfy for your overnight stay especially if you have early morning flight. Even the Inn look dated but everything is work, just the door is not easy to open for me but if airconditioner and the warm water for bath are work so no problem because this Inn is pretty clean.
The front desk staff also very helpfull.
