Buoy 16 Motel by the Beach

Cancelled three months in advance still charged the very excessive 49% fee which I knew going in but the big issue is they would not respond to my communication. I tried to explain but they would not respond. With that amount of notice I feel one nights rate would be a fair amount. I would never recommend to anyone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Buoy16 Motel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. I stayed for two nights and let me tell you I’m very happy that I picked this place. The room was super clean and neat, the owner very nice man and the location super convenient. I will definitely stay here again. I don’t write reviews unless is a great place and this one it is for sure!!!!

The property was very clean. It is a block from the Boardwalk. There is a great miniature golf, go kart, and water park right across the street. The only negatives were that there were no hand towels and there was no hot water by the time the third person in our room took their shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Hallway upstairs was clean. Awesome location!

The location was great only a short walk to the boardwalk. The room was nice and clean my only complaint would be the beds were pretty uncomfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful and it was very quiet.
