A nice property, what you expect except for one big frustration. The front desk told us to expect housekeeping every other day (not ideal but at least we were told this on check-in). We stayed for 5 nights, and the staff did not clean the room or make the bed a single time. They did clear out our old towels one day, but did not leave clean ones so when we got back late there were no towels to dry our hands or shower. We even specifically asked the front desk one day to make sure our room was on the cleaning rotation, and it still did not get done. Fix this management / housekeeping staff issue, and you've got a good value here.

Excellent Stay in Searcy! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I would highly recommend this Inn as one of the best places to stop for a safe and secure night's sleep. This has definitely become my new number one halfway stay on a long road trip.

Good sized room with nice beds, pillows. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was only OK. Prestry much the standard fare. Parking very adequate and close. Even though it is close to major road the rooms were quiet

This hotel is always nice when we come in for business trip. The staff was great helping me get a room booking issue straightened out. Appreciate the kindness and willingness to work with a guest!

I have stayed at Hampton several times but my last 2 visits on 9/4 and 9/18 were not good! Especially the last one in room 202!! There is a gaping space at the top of the door I stuck a towel in for privacy. The refrigerator was full of old food, who ever was above me was like a thundering herd that started when they checked in and lasted til after 10:30pm and in the night and started in before 6 the next morning. One of the beds crackled so much with every move I had to change beds! So spending a restful relaxing night did not happen! I will not be back to Hampton Searcy!!

The place was clean and neat. The cleaning agent was not too strong and it lingered in a good way. The pool is indoor and was comfortable to use and there were towels provided in there to help when I forgot mine.

This is the best place to stay in Searcy. We have moved out of state and need a place to stay when we come back to see family. The hotel is clean and the staff is very professional and so nice!. Recently I needed help booking and Crystal was the best. She went above and beyond to get our reservation done. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service!! Room very clean spacious and neat!! Definitely will stay again!! Coffee is weak. I need a really strong cup of coffee to start my day. Well lite outside! Very family friendly! Several restaurants to chose from for your dinner
