We love Hampton Inn, we are Honor Members! However we were extremely disappointed in the Hampton. Inn in Searcy AR. The ac did not work in our room ( made for a very uncomfortable night), small pieces of wall board lined the hall, and at a cost of $187, overall not a very pleasant experience! The June 29 evening staff was friendly and accommodating! The other staff were mediocre, at best!

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean an modern. They went over the top with offered bottles of water upon arrival and bagels upon departure. Even the other guests were kind and friendly. Searcy is a lovely town and this hotel reflects their focus on southern hospitality.

It was a great stay. I didn’t have any issues. Staff was friendly. I would recommend the Hampton, in Searcy. I was in town for business, and it was in a great location for going back and forth. Breakfast was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.

Normally great. Silver member. This time bed bugs in room 212. Showed video to clerk. Room was by elevator because of partially amputated foot. Moved to room 335 farthest from elevator. Probably having an off day :)

Problem with digital key. It never worked during my stay. Numerous attempts were sent unsuccessfully. On one occasion, I had to renew the key card. The whole scenario created an undue inconvenience for me.

A nice property, what you expect except for one big frustration. The front desk told us to expect housekeeping every other day (not ideal but at least we were told this on check-in). We stayed for 5 nights, and the staff did not clean the room or make the bed a single time. They did clear out our old towels one day, but did not leave clean ones so when we got back late there were no towels to dry our hands or shower. We even specifically asked the front desk one day to make sure our room was on the cleaning rotation, and it still did not get done. Fix this management / housekeeping staff issue, and you've got a good value here.

Excellent Stay in Searcy! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I would highly recommend this Inn as one of the best places to stop for a safe and secure night's sleep. This has definitely become my new number one halfway stay on a long road trip.
