Lovely small hotel in a great location . We booked the upstairs room it was so comfortable and nice that we stayed another night . The shared outdoor garden area with pizza oven , barbecue and under cover daybed area was like a resort . The owner Tracy was friendly and helpful letting us know where to eat and places of interest to visit. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely spot! Tracy is very friendly and accomodating! The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs. There are lots of options for those who like to BBQ or use the kitchen. The general store is right next door and the beach is close. Unit was very clean and nice hot water in the shower!

Really loved our stay at Tracy’s holiday unit - a lovely, compact unit with everything you need. Tracy was a wonderful host - extremely friendly and very informative. Thanks again for having us! Would recommend staying here to all!

Absolutely highly recommended.. place was beautiful and clean. Thoughtful extras and fabulous staff. We had the best time and wanted for nothing.. Fantastic set up… beach across the road and shops next door. Was fabulous weekend.

Tracey was definitely the hostess with the mostest. Nothing was too much trouble for our pet-friendly stay in this unassuming 4 unit-complex just a stones throw from the beautiful Seaforth beach. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and quiet, with a front patio and comfortable bbq area out the back. Handy convenience store and bottle-o with good opening hours bang next door and only a 10 minute drive to stunning Cape Hillsborough. The term hidden gem maybe gets overused, but not in this case.

We stayed at the holiday units we found them to be best for location and the rooms to be very clean and bbq area to be very convenient with everything to be handy.we enjoyed our stay fantastic awesome people the owners and friendly.
