Seabrook Inn

This was our first time. Check in was pleasant. The lobby was cute. Our room was a non smoking on first floor. Carpets was so dirty and very worn. There were burn marks on the furniture. The room has a old musty smell. Batnroom had pee in corner. Batbtub wasnt cleaned well. A little bleach goes a long way. Breakfast options were simple. Toast muffins oatmeal juice coffee and banana.

The stay was terrible, so terrible we didn't stay for the days we paid for. Where shall I begin? We walked into the Non smoking room with it smelling like body odor, and stale cigarettes, went into the bathroom to use it after a 3 hour drive and the toilet almost tipped over when I sat on it, tried to wash my hands in the non draining sink to turn around and only have wash clothes to dry my hands, body if I were to take a shower, finally got past all that and turned the TV on and couldn't even see the picture. The site said there was a pool to enjoy, so we went to check them out, and none of the three were open, walked around some more and saw play things for the kids, which weren't available for them either. The man at the desk couldn't understand a lick of English, nor could we understand what he was saying. It was a horrible one night and is a shame we left before the time we paid for. Was going to see about a partial refund, but figured what was the point if we wouldn't understand what each other was saying. I would never book there again, nor will I ever recommend for anyone else.

NH coastal region Several times I’ve enjoyed this location and returning again, excellent staff, rooms, and property, as also the location to where I was working. Impressive this was and thank you

One night stay Okay. Could use some upgrading. Sides of box spring on bed could be shampooed or replaced. Parking for back side of building we stayed in very inconvenient. Stayed only 1 night so it worked for that but would not stay extended period of time. Reasonable rate off season, but would not pay any more than we did.

The room smelled strongly of mold, there was still muddy water in the toilet and black water flowed out when I took a shower. I also looked forward to the breakfast but it was the poorest breakfast I have ever had in the US. I chose this place because I was staying in Boston with my son. Of course, it was cheap compared to the surrounding area for $100, but I was very disappointed.
