Had our wedding ceremony here mid week Amazing place Hannah the owner was exceptional Food was amazing Wouldn’t change a thing The dairy barns is amazing exceptionally clean and as we hired all the rooms out we had the whole place to ourselves and so close to the beaches

A stunning location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. A warm greeting on arrival from Hannah. Our suite room from spacious and comfortable with a light airy bathroom. The shower had an excellent water flow which is always welcome when away from home. Great variety of choice for breakfast and don’t leave with out trying the home made waffles. Certainly has to go down as the signature breakfast dish. The location provides a superb base for travelling to the beach (5 mins) and into Wroxham (15 mins) where you can take your river boat trips.

We got married here in 2023, and returned for our first anniversary in 2024. Quite simply the best B & B around. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave EVERYTHING is just perfect. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation and the most delicious breakfast, and a huge selection to choose from. Hannah and her team are so friendly and so helpful with local knowledge. Great location for visiting the area, especially the seals on the beaches.

Our second visit to The Dairy Barns, and I'm sure it won't be our last! Only stayed one night and were the only guests here, but Hannah made sure we were welcomed and looked after, with mini mince pies and fresh milk in our room on arrival. We can recommend the cooked breakfast and the freshly cooked waffles - definitely sets you up for a brisk walk by the sea to see the seals!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely 2 night stay at Dairy Barns. It was extremely cosy and perfectly located for trips to the Norfolk coast and the Broads. Hannah and the team were lovely and made us feel at home. The room was a great size and extremely comfortable. We had a full English breakfast both mornings which was delicious! We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely weekend here despite yellow warning weather. The host was really welcoming and accomodating. The room was spacious and lots of lovely touches for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of choice for breakfast , which was really tasty.

Excellent place to escape and enjoy a relaxing break. The bed was comfortable, decor and facilities were great. Staff welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast in the barn. This is a regular choice for us, we love it especially in the special rooms. Cow Shed is our favourite!!!! Thank you Hannah and team.

Friendly and welcoming host and staff who provided us with local contacts for boat hire, taxis, pubs and dining. Lovely room and good breakfast in an ideal location for exploring the Broads. We are looking forward to returning in the New Year.
