We had a lovely weekend here despite yellow warning weather. The host was really welcoming and accomodating. The room was spacious and lots of lovely touches for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of choice for breakfast , which was really tasty.

Had our wedding ceremony here mid week Amazing place Hannah the owner was exceptional Food was amazing Wouldn’t change a thing The dairy barns is amazing exceptionally clean and as we hired all the rooms out we had the whole place to ourselves and so close to the beaches

A stunning location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. A warm greeting on arrival from Hannah. Our suite room from spacious and comfortable with a light airy bathroom. The shower had an excellent water flow which is always welcome when away from home. Great variety of choice for breakfast and don’t leave with out trying the home made waffles. Certainly has to go down as the signature breakfast dish. The location provides a superb base for travelling to the beach (5 mins) and into Wroxham (15 mins) where you can take your river boat trips.

We stayed in the Swallows Nest and watched the stars through the Velux style roof windows (great design choice Hanna!!). The place was clean, warm, spacious and tidy and we had a great breakfast served by the lovely people running it. Have already booked again!!

Our second visit to Dairy Barns, this time staying three nights. Hannah is the perfect host and as before we found the accommodation clean, warm and modern. Breakfast was very nice. There are some nice pubs close by and the beach is a short drive away. Overall a faultless stay and we will certainly return.

Stayed here for a new years break. Wonderful welcome with homemade cake and a bottle of Prosecco to see the new year in with! We stayed in the cowshed which was amazing and had possibly the biggest bathroom I’ve seen! We chose breakfast in our room which arrived at the time we asked and was delicious! We can’t wait to come back, a proper hidden gem!

We got married here in 2023, and returned for our first anniversary in 2024. Quite simply the best B & B around. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave EVERYTHING is just perfect. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation and the most delicious breakfast, and a huge selection to choose from. Hannah and her team are so friendly and so helpful with local knowledge. Great location for visiting the area, especially the seals on the beaches.

Our second visit to The Dairy Barns, and I'm sure it won't be our last! Only stayed one night and were the only guests here, but Hannah made sure we were welcomed and looked after, with mini mince pies and fresh milk in our room on arrival. We can recommend the cooked breakfast and the freshly cooked waffles - definitely sets you up for a brisk walk by the sea to see the seals!
