Dairy Barns

This place is so quaint and lovely. Located in a rural village you pull up to the farm and you are greeted by warm people. Check in was really easy. The room was so spacious and cosy but I have to praise the cleanliness. There were small touches in the room like tea and coffee, fresh milk, cake and biscuits that were really appreciated. Breakfast - you order the night before and all the cooked breakfasts are fresh/local produce. You can choose to have your breakfast in your room or in the main barn we opted for the barm. From the staff to the premises everything was great and the location adorable, 5 min drive away from the beach.

Such a welcoming B and B with great room (Barn Owl) for the 3 of us. Hannah and her mum made you feel so at ease and welcome. Great location in the Norfolk countryside. The breakfast was very good and all needs catered for with the option to also have delivered to your room. This is one of the best places in Norfolk to unwind and relax.

We are currently on our way home from a stay at the dairy barns and we couldn’t fault it! Hannah and all of her team were welcoming, warm and friendly. We felt at home and very comfortable. It is refreshing to stay somewhere where that has a real family feel and makes you feel apart of it. Nothing was too much to ask and advice and suggestions were always given when needed/asked. The room was a good size and very clean with everything we needed for the stay. Beds were made and towels etc replaced during the day. Fresh milk and cakes in the room were a nice touch with a variety of tea and other hot drinks available too! A lovely breakfast served every morning with lots of choice, the waffles were especially yummy, our three year old said the waffles were his favourite bit :-) We loved seeing the horses and finding out about them and the working farm.

We love Dairy Barns and this was our 4th stay - trying out 'The Cowshed' (special room). Like all the special rooms, it's huge, well decorated, comfy and well equipped. We enjoy the peaceful location close to good pubs, beautiful nature reserves, coast and The Broads. The hosts are always friendly, welcoming and helpful and the large generous breakfasts very tasty. Also appreciated are the extra touches of cake on arrival, fresh milk and dressing robes in the special rooms. Also, lovely to come back everyday to a refreshed and restocked room. We most definitely will be back.

Lovely stay at Dairy Barn. Rooms are large and well equipped. So much storage. Bed very comfy. Host very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for one night at this amazing location. We had a very warm welcome from Hannah. We stayed in Barn Owls Retreat - a lovely space with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor. Everything to enjoy our stay was provided - piece of cake each, tea coffee, fresh milk (in the mini fridge) biscuits, plates and cutlery if you were having take away food. In the huge bathroom fresh fluffy towels, flannels, bathrobes, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Extra loo rolls and non slip mats available in the cupboard. The super king size bed is so comfortable with bedding that is crisp and fresh. We sat in the private garden for our morning cup of tea and could hear nothing but birds - bliss. The breakfast barn is delightful, staff friendly and welcoming, Gill can tell you about everything to do locally. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back and would recommend a stay here. Thank you Hannah and the team.
