Terrible service was horrible got sick from pool had crazy people out side my door

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The plumbing wasn’t even connected to the wall. No fridge even though it was advertised. No roll away bed as they promised. Just filthy. Not enough towels for the room because the pool area didn’t have any towels for all the kids swimming. Very very disappointed

The hotel lacked in many areas and certainly was not as the images. Floors in the hotel look unkept and the rooms were not clean to the standards of the next guest being able to enjoy their stay. Plus to have the bar and restaurant on property.

Basic needs hotel during refurbishment
One night stay. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Basic needs only. Refurbishing hotel. Needs maintenance work. Old place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area has a mall and several restaurants

Lovely and helpful staff, very clean and tidy room. Building is a bit old and crumbly on the outside but does not detract from enjoyable and affordable stay.

The man working at reception was wonderful. Everything else was not great. The room didn't seem clean and was very tired and old. I wore flip flops in the shower as it didn't seem clean. Breakfast was just 2 options of cereal and some packaged 'donuts'.
