Great Buffet breakfast and happy hour everyday. Pool and hot tubs, poolside umbrellas, couches and tables. On site restaurant and bar. Spacious rooms, elevators convenient in all areas etc. code to Old town shopping and Arizona boatdwalk fun!

We end up cancelling the reservation on site. Room was dark & shady. Horrible smell of smoking & drinking were there.

After a long day of driving, the room was an oasis of calm. The beds were comfortable...even better than home. The hotel complex was quiet, even though sold out. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful. It was worth spending a little more.

Stay somewhere else just pay a little extra. Not worth the “resort” title price. Outdated with the tub being painted to cover the age but still chipped edges . no amenities like a resort the pool and hot tub were crowded throughout our stay no security to calm all the screaming kids running around. Room was directly in front of the only operating elevator so it made things worse. Asked to be relocated but said they were at capacity. And the bait and switch tactic was bad as well when they decided to change extra when we checked in for “resort fees”. I won’t be staying here again..

Was there for a health appt so the area was convenient and safe. Would go back for a holiday anytime. I experienced a short visit to the hot tub and breakfast and all other amenities were great.

i did not book an ADA room, but was placed in one. i am assuming because we checked in later than expected closer to 8-9pm. it was late, we were tired and stayed in the room and did not contact the office but i found it very uncomfortable in the morning when using the restroom and shower facilities.

The hotel air conditioning system in the room is so loud it's not easy to stay asleep. The hotel is is a great location.

It was convenient and worked out for the reason we were staying in the Scottsdale area. We have stayed in Embassy suites before and have enjoyed previous experiences.

This is a nice property with very good food. I would definitely stay again as I had a. Issue with first room sir didn’t work and tv didn’t work . Offered to help me move to another room then treated me to a dinner and drink for the inconvenience .

Very comfortable, wonderful breakfast, very clean and close to all sorts of shopping, activities and eateries.
