We arrived late in the evening, after our flight. As I was waiting to speak to the front desk, receptionist, I overheard a customer upset about them, not having the room that she had reserved months ago. So I was worried that they wouldn’t have our room, which was the same type of room as hers. After she finished with them, she moved on to me and quickly gave me the keys to our room no problem. Once we got to our room, we find that it only has one queen size bed, and not two as described on the deluxe room. Turns out we were given a room with one queen, and a sofa bed. We were so exhausted and decided not to complain, because it was late and we figured at that point that’s all they had available anyway.
