This was our second stay at this property as we were also there in November 2022 for 5 nights. An important FYI for anyone traveling to the property in the near future, the elevator is non-functional in the big building, which is not shared when you book online. It has been out of service for a month, so this info should have been shared. Therefore, we were first given a second floor room in the smaller builder, where we were staring at the check-in building, listening to the noisy AC for that building, and smelling horrific sewer smell. Joe was amazing to me when I went to the front desk asking for another room for my husband and I. He said we could be in the other building if we did not mind hauling our luggage up to the third floor and he told me which rooms were available and we were able to get the same room we had in November, with a view. Joe even offered to upgrade us to a two-bedroom unit, but it was on the first floor. Given so much negativity in the world at the moment it was important for us to share the level of customer service offered to us by Joe after a long-drive. On a personal level, Joe's willingness to help meant the world to me as I have numerous health issues and unique needs that make it difficult for me to travel and stay in hotel rooms. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is "typical" for a Residence Inn. The only complaint we have other than not being aware of the elevator issue is that on the day of our checkout, housekeeping came into the room at 8am while I was still sleeping and scared me. This was not acceptable as we had not checked out. The secondary lock was not on the door as my husband had left the room for breakfast.
