Check if the deposit refund to you when you check out, they didn’t refund me on two stays! Two times

Room was big, but poor use of space and poor lighting. Barn door for bathroom door and it did not fully close. Very little lighting by the bathroom basin. Felt like shaving by candlelight. Needed extra towels, but had to go to the lobby after asking several times. Asked housekeeping to make up the spare bed. Instead, they dropped off some sheets in a plastic bag with no pillows. Food from the prior stay was still in the carpet in the corner of the room. Full bar with very friendly bar staff. Morning coffe was lukewarm.

Booked another room for friends! It got slightly cheaper when we booked later interestingly! Wonderful location and they helped us get a side by side room despite two separate bookings

多次到Santa Cruz出差…第一次入住Four Points,走傳統裝修風格的酒店設施…很有復古風味！
客房,浴室都很大…但除了毛巾以外啥洗漱用品都沒有…可能現在國外酒店都有環保要求吧！
隔音不是很好…隔壁房間開關門的聲音清晰可聞…這是最大的缺點…其他都還行！

酒店座落在一個山谷裏，房間外面有一條小溪，陽台的門打開，小溪流水潺潺（這個聲音太治癒了），房間超級大，兩張1.35的床，空氣中的氧離子濃度很高的感覺，唯一的遺憾就是在洗澡的時候停水了
