We had a one-night stay in this historical house on a recent road trip. The room we had was very comfortable on the first floor. Its a lovely old house, and very central to shops, cafes and "The Cottage", a very delightful restaurant a few hundred metres walk up the street. Would definitely stay again next time we are passing through.

Shower was terrible. Just dribbled, temperature went from freezing to boiling randomly. Totally unacceptable. Room was basic otherwise, but clean. Location is OK, but then nowhere is far in Scone! WiFi was very slow.

Sadly Airlie House's best days are behind it or potentially they may be in the future. The property is currently in a run down condition. The tariff for a twin room was on par with Sydney prices and while our room was comfortable it lacked hot water both in the evening and next morning. We couldn't complain as the desk was unattended.

I rang the week prior to my wedding to confirm our accommodation. They tried to call me while I was getting married and out of service. I rang back on my way to the reception to be told. You did not answer your phone when we rang so we have given your room to someone else. Very inconvenient on your wedding day when everything else was booked out. The guy was so rude on the phone and didn’t give a damn that he had inconvenienced anyone. I won’t be recommending to anyone

To the ( manager, bellhop, whatever ) you would have to be the rudest person I have ever had to deal with over the years when booking accommodation. I don’t know how you manage to stay in business with your attitude to potential customers, lucky you have a lovely offsider to assist you. You not only need some customer service education but I suggest a computer course wouldn’t go astray either. Audrey C

The room was adequately sized and with the normal range of facilities. Clean. Fairly quiet. Conveniently located near one end of the main street with multiple shops, services, etc. Very helpful staff member arranged for a latish check in. I would stay here again.

This motel has grounds and space. While it is a motel style set up you do not feel hemmed in. My room had fully screened bay windows that let in a reliable cool breeze across a nice leafy garden visa. My room was tidy and equiped with usual items need for my stay. Peter facility manager and Sharon customer care manager attentive. The Manor House is an interesting historic building to look at. Scone has walking tail of historic sights that is available at the tourist centre. Due to covid Manor House Cafe and pool not operating.
