B&B la Bastia

As per agreements made with the structure, I warn 15 minutes before our arrival but we wait for the lady for 30 minutes under the sun with a three-year-old girl. Once inside we discover a very small room of only 13 square meters including a bathroom with no forced draft in the absence of a window. Claustrophobic room and not suitable for three people, we had also asked for a cot in addition. No order and cleaning service as present in the B&B services. Broken toilet brush. Damaged up and down shower rod. Television without antenna signal. French window of the small balcony on the street without curtains. To conclude, kids who disturb with firecrackers and noises until late at night. All for a total price of two nights including breakfast at € 330, a scam.

My boyfriend and I booked for two nights. Very small second floor room, nice view overlooking the Strait of Messina, not very clean and small bathroom. In addition, we asked the owner to bring us a roll of toilet paper since, upon our arrival we could not find it and we were denied it, in fact we had to buy it ourselves at the supermarket. Poor cleaning, in the morning they do not even change the bed and do not bring clean towels or other paper. The owner showed up only at the beginning for the payment. Not recommended !!

Defining a b & b as the structure we found before (fortunately for one night), is nothing short of offensive towards travelers who, unaware of what awaits them, decide to book in it. We waited about half an hour for someone to open the door for us .. reception absent, luckily it was the neighbors who kindly warned someone of our arrival as the owners did not even answer their mobile phones. Climbed with great difficulty due to the steep and very narrow stairs, we enter the reserved "room" .. very small size and furniture that left much to be desired, we found the power sockets closed, therefore unable to even charge cell phones, wet bed and bathroom absolutely not up to standard, after a shower (no shower tray only a broken plastic curtain) in fact we got the water in the room ... sanitary ware positioned so as not to have space to sit and a sink equal to those of the train bathrooms . We decide to point out to the owner that the conditions of the accommodation do not justify the price paid and he sufficiently tells us that he knows that our room is among the smallest and that being August we also went well. Breakfast was at the partner bar but once we arrived we were informed that we would have to show a ticket for the convention which obviously had not been provided to us. I also specify that no one has taken care of registering or viewing the documents but above all we have not been made any receipt. Thieves and profiteers of good people who work a whole year to go on vacation!

Pasamos una noche. Llegamos una tarde , con mucha lluvia y frío. No pudimos recorrer mucho. El pueblo bello pero no pudimos bajar a la playa. El dueño nos dió las indicaciones por teléfono para entrar. El desayuno en el bar de la esquina, incluido, es parte de la belleza del lugar. Volveria

B&B all’altezza delle aspettative, comodo e centrale. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto pulito. Host molto simpatico e gentile. Siamo stati anche al suo pub (Roxy pub) accolti molto gentilmente dal suo staff e con cucina molto buona e saporita

Avevo una camera con una vista a dir poco spettacolare, posta in una posizione che ho trovato centrale e comoda! Non posso dare il massimo del punteggio semplicemente perché durante il mio soggiorno, seppur breve (2 notti) la mia camera non è stata mai rifatta. Per me non ha costituito un particolare disagio ma è una cosa che si nota!

Posizione ottima , panorama bellissimo , il posto auto lo so trova con facilità, la stanza situata al primo piano è piccola ma molto accogliente, propietario disponibile, ma purtroppo alcune volte ci si perde in un bicchiere d'acqua, un comodino senza presa elettrica non si può vedere, soprattutto se la presa c'è ma ha i tappi, il televisore non funzionava, e per finire il lavandino si intasava in 20 secondi. Mi dispiace tantissimo perché la struttura è ristrutturata carina, con apertura elettronica sia all' ingresso che nelle stanze, basta solo curare qualche particolare ed un po' di manutenzione. Spero di recensire al massimo il mio prossimo soggiorno nella struttura perché ha tantissime potenzialità.
