Amazing place, very clean, delicious food, nice open-air gym, great swimming pools and relaxing landscape. The Thalasso Space is a wonderful place to enjoy. Very comfortable bed. The room is very spacious and clean. Special thanks to Giusi. Private beach access and shuttle service is great. The beach is spectacular. The cuisine was phenomenal and staff was superb. Also the hotel includes a play area for children. Excellent service. We will recommend to friends and family! Keep up the good work.

It was first time staying it Sicily and this hotel was ideal! Very clean, friendly staff and just an overall beautiful site. Would absolutely stay here again. The only downside is the how far away the villas are from the restaurant so it’s a bit of walk from the main facilities. There are shuttle cars which is fantastic but we found they weren’t as frequent.

Hotel & facilities: Very nice, park-like structure of the hotel area. You can see it is well maintained, in particular the outside areas. The rooms were very spacey (we had a deluxe family room) and clean, a bit “under-furnished” though - e.g the wardrobe could be optimized, more shelfs etc. also few more deko/pictures would improve the a**osphere and make it less “sterile”. Don’t expect a luxury hotel, but a well maintained family hotel that is worth its money. What is really great is the beach that you easily reach by the provided free shuttle services. The beach bar offers cold drinks and some snacks. If you book a deluxe room you get a free umbrella and daybeds in the first row at the beach. Very kind staff everywhere. What you definitely need if you want to explore the area is a car - otherwise you are trapped in the hotel. Restaurants: We booked only bed and breakfast which turned out to be a good decision. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. The dinner buffet is totally overpriced and the choice of dishes is limited. But if you look in the are around the hire you find very nice restaurants that offer outstanding Mediterranean food at a very reasonable price. But, as stated above, you need a car for this. Overall a nice experience outside of the main season in autumn holidays.

This is not the typical hotel with common areas and rooms. It consists of separate units scattered all over the premises. If you are not ready to walk at least 10 minutes to the breakfast area and to reception in the sun and heat every morning then avoid this place. They say you can get a lift on the hotel shuttle service but it’s either packed or no where to be seen. If you don’t have a car avoid this place as there is nothing in the area. You will be stuck with the terrible food options which they offer. There is only 1 restaurant with a limited school like buffet at 30euro per person. The man responsible for assigning the seats at the restaurant is arrogant and needs to be trained in customer service. He has 0 sense of flexibility and basically treats customers as school kids. They say the have a pizzeria and a grill restaurant but it is just some tables under a thin tent. At lunch time it gets extremely hot under the tent but although inside in the AC is empty they refuse to accommodate the grill restaurant customers inside which is basically the same kitchen only a few steps away. Breakfast is until 10am sharp and at 10.01 everything is cleared and you are made to feel very unwelcome if you want to stay longer until you finish your coffee. If you come here get your own soaps and shower gel as they only provide tiny ridiculous one time use pill like soaps! No shampoos offered! Mold in the shower! Their claim is because they love the environment but clearly they hate their customers! On a positive note the landscaping is beautiful and clean. The shuttle drivers are nice and friendly unlike the rude restaurant staff. They have a gem of a property but the poorly trained staff especially in the buffet restaurant are doing no favors to this hotel. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

A good stay but not a great one, especially for the money we paid and the stars of the hotel! Room was very small for a couple with two kids and with the small bed we really could not move around. The place is described as family oriented but beach opens at 9 and closes at 19. More time should be allowed to family with very small kids to enjoy early morning sun. The beach was also crowded with umbrellas and chairs to leave very small space to people. The 3 life savers were more busy with that and renting stuff or chatting than looking at the sea and people. Restaurant food quality was excellent with very kind and polite service and staff but again tables and chairs too close to each other to leave only little space to move around. There were not many trash cans around the facility and especially around the pool so people often left the chairs and tables dirty. The staff at the reception was however very kind and polite.

Thanks for the good memories you made for us in our honeymoon, everything was good except the shower in the camera was not clean enough( muffi e insetti…) The products in the shower were not pleasant because of the material was a powder which was not like a shampoo… there were not any hair conditioner and cream for the skin after shower. The food was perfect and the staff was professional. Thanks again.

The structure is very beautiful: the garden looks like a very well maintained park with old trees and well smelling flowers. The rooms are huge, beautiful and very comfortable. The huge pool is great fun and the beach is super relaxed and beautiful. Even though the hotel was fully booked, there was plenty of chairs at the pool. And since everybody had a reserved chair at the beach and a reserved table at the main restaurant there was always enogh space for everybody. The geusts are a friendly and relxaxed crowd - mainly Italians - and the staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. However, at some points the staff showed a very funny service understanding. A few examples: - Even though there is Pizzeria, you cannot order a pizza to take away. Only the 24 guests who made a reservation at the Pizzeria the lastest the day before are allowed to order a pizza. - The air conditioner didn‘t work one night after returning from dinner. We had to wait until next morning somebody was availble to fix it. So we spent a hot night with open windows getting bitte by the mosquitos and listening to the music until 4 o‘clock in the morning. - In the evening, the lifeguard seemed to like the beach bar. And our beach chairs were given to a group of girls who joined him drinking - The staff doesn‘t seem to be empowered to solve problems or to support each other. Your hear very often, 1. we don‘t have that today (e.g. Panini at the pool bar), 2. you can’t do this now (Concierge is only available at the evening even though offical working hours is also in the morning), 3. cannot help you (e.g.making a reservation at the spa, since they don’t have a phone, so I was told) or one person is running like crazy while the two next to him are standing around chatting. So if you are flexible and fine with this service understanding, you will spent great, relaxed vacation in this beautiful resort.

Beautiful renewed structure, well maintained and organized with good environmental friendly equipment. Beautiful beach and pool. Excellent catering services with various and good quality food. Courtesy of the staff is excellent and activities for children well organized. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. It has everything to offer for everyone. From free shuttle service to a private Beach to Tennis court to an amazing swimming pool. The food was also very good. Overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a really nice comfortable Holiday.
