Villa Benz is a well-kept small hotel that's conveniently located in Schwetzingen. It's directly across the street from the Schwetzingen Palace, which is a must-see when visiting the town. I was there for a summer concert at the Palace, and the Villa Benz worked out very well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the innkeeper does a nice job of keeping the property in great shape. The morning breakfast spread was above and beyond what we imagined. Schwetzingen is about a 20-minute drive to Heidelberg. It was tricky getting a taxi on a Sunday, and Uber service isn't available in town. There is train service about a half mile from the hotel, which is how we arrived for the concert. If I find myself back in Schwetzingen I won't hesitate to book a room at Villa Benz!

If you want to explore the castle park in Schwetzingen, this villa is the perfect place to stay. Because it's right across the street. In between there is only one big road. We therefore recommend a room at the back for people who like to sleep with the window open. The rooms are small, but tastefully furnished in a modern style. You feel good. Good color concept and nice mix of old and new elements. The breakfast is good. The service and the reception super nice and warm! For the summer there is a small terrace and seating in the garden. Some parking spaces are also available.

Alberghetto familiare posizionato alle spalle del castello di Schwetzingen. Le camere sono semplici ma arredate con gusto, la colazione è abbondante e presentata come se fossi a casa dei proprietari. Assolutamente consigliato se siete da queste parti.

Ein kleines, feines, sehr familiäres Hotel mit einem gemütlichen Ambiente und einem sehr leckeren Frühstück. Diesmal mit frischen Feigen aus dem Garten des Hotelbesitzers - sehr lecker. Man fühlt sich sehr geborgen und wohl. Schlossgarten liegt direkt gegenüber. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Schönes Stadthotel direkt am Schloss von Schwetzingen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Parkplätze stehen im Hof zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war zur Straße. Vom Verkehr habe ich kaum etwas mitbekommen. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Das ist für mich eins der Kriterien schlecht hin. Denn ohne Klima im Sommer kann die Nacht sehr unruhig werden. Hatte über HRS gebucht. Erste Füllung der Minibar sei kostenfrei! Leider war diese leer. Daher einen Punkt abzug. Das Frühstück war gut. Für jeden etwas dabei. Gern komme ich wieder.
