This is a charming hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms on the top floor is nice, a bit dated in some parts (furnitures) but fresh and new in others parts (bathroom). Nice beds. The big drawback is that it can be very hot in the rooms. 29 C was our temperature in the room no matter if we had the window open or not. There is a quite good fan tower there which helps, but it took all night for it to reduce the temperature to comfy 21 C. If you don't mind this, it is a very good hotel, good positioned. They have parking on site if you ask for it and it's available, otherwise there are public parking within 5 min walk. And they use some kind of cleaning stuff which leaves a heavy odour. You get used to it within a few minutes, but still...

Older property that was clean and spacious. We had a late check-in and appreciated the staff's flexibility with that. The only negative was off site parking with about a 5 minute walk.

Bestilt suite. Bare ett stort rom, ikke noe som mintes om suite. Ikke kaffe eller te på rommet, bare vannkoker og kopper. Spurte om d, men d var ikke mulig. Måtte ut av selve hotellet for å komme på rommet vi fikk, tungvint i dårlig vær og for frokost! Ikke verdt pengene!

Perfekt läge i Altstadt
Var på julmarknad i vackra Schwerin. Hotellet är väldigt trevligt, ganska litet och fräscht. Mycket välkomnande personal och mysiga rymliga rum. Lyxigt med både badkar och dusch. Sköna sittmöbler i rummet. Sängarna lite hårda i min smak men inget att klaga på. God frukost och vällagad middag. Mums. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Virkelig god service! Vi ankom før check-in og fik lov til at ligge alt vores udstyr i et rum. Min hustru og jeg var på motorcykel og den fik vi lov til at parkere i gården. Check-out starter kl 08:00 men da vi skulle nå en færge tog de sig af os lidt over 07:00. Super gæstfrie. Alt hvad vi kunne håbe på.

Ein kleines Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt von Schwerin, von dem aus alle gut zu erreichen ist – obwohl das in Schwerin von überall der Fall sein dürfte. Man betritt Restaurant und Hotel durch die „Raucherlounge“ – die ehemalige und nun rauchige Hofeinfahrt, in der heute Raucher und Raucherinnen ihrem Laster frönen, bzw. Beschäftigten ihre Pause machen. Hat man Glück, trifft man auf freundliche Angestellte, sie sich gut gelaunt, gerne um einen kümmern. Hat man Pech unterhält man sich mit einem wortkargen Rücken dessen Besitzer einem auch nonverbal zu verstehen gibt, dass man gerade ungelegen kommt. Die Hotelzimmer befinden sich unter dem Dach, teilweise nach Süden ausgerichtet. Das führt dazu, dass im Sommer die Zimmer saunaähnlichen Charakter erhalten, da das Fenster klein und eine Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden war. An heißen Tagen wirklich nicht zu empfehlen - ansonsten schon ok
