I had the opportunity to have a business dinner with colleagues and the overall experience was good. The restaurant decor is modern with a large open space for seating. The restaurant offers you a menu and then rolls a board in front of you for their daily dishes in German and English. The beer selection is good. For my meal I had the pumpkin soup which was very good and for my entree I had the steak with onions cooked in a red wine reduction sauce along with spatzle. Overall great meal and good service.

Hier wird ausschließlich über das Hotel geschrieben. Das Restaurant habe ich nicht besucht. Offensichtlich wurde die alte Schule saniert. Ambiente schön, Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, d.h. es kann richtig warm werden im Zimmer. Kein kostenloses Mineralwasser im Zimmer und auch keine Minibar. In einer "Getränke-Bar" im Keller können Getränke geholt werden. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser kostet Euro 7,50 (das halte ich für völlig überzogen). Es gibt keine E-Ladesäule.

Zum wiederholten Male habe ich hier einen Abend verbracht und köstlich gegessen, diesmal gab es auch noch einen Gruß aus der Küche, Rindstatar und Garnele, wirklich sehr lecker. Zum Aperitif gab es einen Wild Berry Lillet, zum Essen einen halbtrockenen Riesling und später noch ein Likör zum Nachtisch. Garnele und Jakobsmuschel zur Vorspeise, und Lachs mit Zitronenrisotto auf Wasabikruste als Hauptgang, es war wirklich sehr köstlich und der Service war wieder exzellent und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank an Herrn Konopatzki und sein Team !

Diese kleine, sehr feine, inhabergeführte Hotel ist eine wahre Perle. Das alte Schulhaus wurde mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail in ein komfortables Hotel umgewandelt. Die ehemalige Turnhalle ist das dazugehörige Hotelrestaurant in dem man sehr lecker essen kann. Das beste aber sind die Menschen! Man fühlt sich willkommen. Hier gibt es ausschließlich sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Und die Chefs nehmen sich gerne Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch. Beim 2. Besuch bekommt man schon das Gefühl ein gerngesehener, geschätzter Stamm-Gast zu sein. Ich komme immer wieder gerne und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ich bewerte hier das Restaurant „die Turnhalle“, in dem ich zum wiederholten Male essen war. Es war wieder alles wirklich prima, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr schöne Atmosphäre und ein super freundlicher Service durch die Kellnerinnen und Restaurant Leitung …sehr umfangreiche Karte, auch Sonderangebote zusätzlich zu normalen Karte, die über eine mobile Schultafel an die Tische heran gefahren werden, so passt es auch in das Gesamtkonzept der alten/ehemaligen Grundschule. ..werde bald wiederkommen.

Sehr kleine Karte, Bedienung war freundlich aber etwas schleppend, das Essen war durchschnittlich, das Ambiente war nicht besonders einladend und unter einer Turnhalle hatte ich mir etwas anders vorgestellt, hier wurden zu wenig Turnhallenakzente gesetzt, wir kommen nicht noch mal wieder.

Wir sind im Internet auf das Schulhaus Hotel aufmerksam geworden und da wir einmal die Nordbahntrasse radeln wollten, haben wir 2 Nächte gebucht. Wir sind extrem positiv überrrascht worden. Tolles Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer. Die ehemalige Turnhalle ist nun das Restaurant. Toll gemacht. Der Service ist hervorragend. Danke für ein schönes Wochenende. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
