Like a fairytale
Stunning hotel located in the most fairytale like beautiful mountains. The price was double of what we payed to sleep in Höchst the day after, but it was well worth it.

Zimmer groß und geräumig. Toller Fernblick vom Balkon aus auf die Berge. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Kochnische sehr schlecht ausgestattet.

Auf der Suche nach einem Biohotel mit der Möglichkeit vegan zu Essen sind wir mit großer Freude auf das Hotel gestoßen. Bio und vegan-diese Kombination ist schwer zu finden und da die Website großes verspricht, was Küche und Wohlfühlen betrifft, haben wir für eine Woche gebucht. Leider stimmen Realität und Website nicht miteinander überein. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen und die Organisation des Hotels überlässt der Inhaber seinen wenigen Mitarbeiter*innen, die sehr bemüht sind um das Wohl der Gäste, aber leider die fehlende (angepriesene) Wohlfühlatmosphäre alleine nicht aufrecht erhalten können. Abends und Nachts ist kein Hotelpersonal mehr vor Ort, das Haus ist unabgeschlossen und wer spontan anreist und eines der freien Zimmer buchen möchte, verlässt erstaunt und enttäuscht die unbesetzte Rezeption und sucht sich lieber etwas anderes. Sehr schade, dass der Hotelinhaber sich nicht mehr engagiert oder wenigstens die Website aktualisiert. Dann könnte man sich entscheiden, ob man dieses Hotel ohne Essensangebot und mit geringer Wohlfühlatmosphäre bucht.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig: in unserem Zimmer waren Spinnweben an der Decke, ein getragener Slip lag im Schrank, im Speisesaal waren ebenfalls Spinnweben im Eck.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war überschaubar. Warum es in einem veganen Hotel keinen Kaffee gibt, erschließt sich mir nicht. Die Semmeln waren aufgebacken, der Honig war Industriehonig und garantiert nicht vom Imker.
Die Zimmerpreise sind gehoben, die Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem Preis.

Servicen var virkelig ringe. Særligt omkring morgenmaden. Det virkede som om de havde for mange gæster ift. hvad de kunne rumme og overskue. Der manglede konstant brød og smør, så man brugte lang tid på at vente. Og så var der lang vente tid på kaffen.
Alt er vegansk, så det er jo lidt en smagssag om man er til det.
Men en virkelig flot beliggenhed.

Nach unserer Wanderung gestern sind wir hier eingekehrt und waren ganz begeistert von unseren beiden Hauptspeisen als auch dem Eis und der leckeren Himbeer-Cashew-Torte. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Ambiente im Restaurant wunderschön. Ein Gaumenschmaus für alle veganen als auch nicht-veganen Feinschmecker. Unbedingt selbst herkommen und ausprobieren.

Abgelegen, überteuert und vegan
Große Zimmer in der "Luxus-Suite" die keinerlei Luxus bietet. Mäßige Einrichtung, altes Bad nur mit Wanne. Nur Aussicht ist zu wenig. Achtung: vegan, aber inkonsequent! Frühstück mau, "Kaffee" ist keiner, sondern schreckliche Brühe. Eier, Käse und "richtige" Milch gibt es aber. Parkplatz matschig, Gepäck muss über 8stufige Treppe ins EG, keine Hilfe angeboten. Dafür viel zu teuer!!!
