Excellent stay where our room overlooked the Christmas Market. Our room was very comfortable and the ceiling was beautifully painted. The ceiling looked as if it belonged in a castle. The bath tub was very deep and had a shower attached to the wall. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Schwäbisch Hall is a lovely little town and this hotel is in the midst of the older part. This hotel does not have an elevator.

Great staff in the hotel and the restaurant. They let us check in early and they held our bags. The room was very nice. It was a little noisy at night on Friday and Saturday but we also had the window open. I loved the history and hotel decor. There was a lovely coffee / tea shop around the corner to get take away. The Italian restaurant close by and the hotel restaurant were our favorites from the whole trip.

We had a splendid stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. We loved the huge rooms and the historical feel of the place. A cold beer on the terrace after a hard day’s cycling was perfection. I can recommend this hotel to everyone

Stopped one night to experience the Christmas market. Hotel is very smart and well maintained. It retains it's older character but has all modern appliances in the room. Good sized double room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was delightful. Restaurant table overlooking the square. Large selection of traditional meats/cheese/vegetables. Cereal. Hot options as well. Fresh coffee. Check out was smooth. Note no tea/coffee facilities in room.

Sehr schönes Hotel im alten Stiel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Beim nächsten Mal testen wir dann auch das Abendessen

Schönes Hotel, altes Gemäuer. Empfang freundlich.Meine Tochter hatte ein Superior Einzelzimmer, welches toll war. Groß, tolle Deckenmalerei mit Blick auf den Markt. Mein Mann und ich hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer, welches groß war, aber sonst zu wünschen übrig ließ. Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht richtig ab, die Dusche überschwemmte das Bad. Keine Flasche Wasser oder ein Betthupferl. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonders. Für den Preis zuwenig.

Personnel assez aimable. Cuisine banale. Chambres peu confortables, sans aucune décoration, au manque total de charme. Pas d'ascenseur Petit déjeuner correct. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Adresse sans intérêt malgré une belle vue de la terrasse sur la grand place.

Das Hotel hat eine lange Geschichte und ist außergewöhnlich gut! Es befindet sich direkt im Zentrum. Von dort aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß leicht erreichen. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist ebenso sehr gut und meistens ist eine Reservierung erforderlich.
