The craziest experience I've ever had with a hotel and one of the craziest experiences in my life. There is no reception, just a machine-based self-check-in desk. This was broken. After many unsuccessful attempts, I reached the hotel hotline, who at first said I was just too stupid to use it. Then she admitted that the portal was broken and after a lot of back and forth, sent a payment link to my cell phone. After paying by credit card, the system would grant access to the room. I paid, but again nothing happened. When I got a little annoyed, she said it wasn't her problem if the computer was broken. I got really annoyed at this point, so she hung up. So I've paid now, but I have to spend the night on a friend's couch.

Upon arrival we discovered that this is a staffless hotel. You check yourself in via a machine and receive your room number and passes from the same machine. We were here for 3 days for a trade fair. The corridors make the room very promising. Upon entering you notice how small the room is. What is also immediately noticeable is that there is no refrigerator. The room looks nice, but soon we see stains and dirt everywhere, especially on the floor and walls. We were really disappointed that we had forgotten our slippers, so we had to keep our shoes on and rinsed the shower with boiling hot water before our first shower. That's where the whole misery begins, after a 7 hour journey we want to freshen up and then have something to eat, the room is so small that the entire room fills with steam. Everything fogs up and drops run down the walls, the water also doesn't drain properly and there is no shower door or sill so the water runs everywhere. A short shower creates a water ballet even in the toilet. We get 4 towels for 2 nights and 3 days and 1 towel for the floor. So we have to be very economical and with all that water everywhere it is difficult because after drying you prefer to throw the towel on the floor to dry the floor. We also only received 2 toilet rolls. They call themselves a green hotel. This hotel is recommended for people who use the room for a few hours in anonymity, I really have the feeling that this is more the intention of this hotel, but not recommended for a few days.

Open shower concept not good. Not at all outside. Mattresses completely worn out. Smell of smoke in the room. Heating not adjustable.

Very nice room with super easy check-in, unfortunately the mattress was a bit soft

Very disappointing establishment and a more than difficult installation: - hotel without receptionist (door code) jump that the code had not been provided to us and it took half an hour to contact someone and finally obtain this code... and at midnight that is no laughing matter! - moving in at midnight into a room which smelled strongly of cigarettes and where the temperature was close to zero. This is because it was freezing outside, the window was open to let out the cigarette smell and the heating was off. Very, very disappointing.

Check-in on the computer was good and worked smoothly. As soon as the access card was permuted, you should remember the room number on the screen. A printout would be very helpful here. The hotel is clean and functionally furnished. But what are the two most important things in a hotel? The bed with a good mattress and cleanliness. The last time I slept on such a bad mattress was at least 30 years ago in an Italian hotel in Italy. As soon as you sit down or lie down, you literally sink into the bed. Good thing I only booked one night in room 116. Once and never again.

The rooms are pleasant, quiet, modern and clean. Unfortunately the beds are too soft and as there is no fitted sheet but a single sheet, you quickly find yourself directly on the mattress: not very hygienic. The reception by the automatic machine is completely impersonal. We had booked 2 rooms, so the whole process had to be completed twice. No possibility of breakfast on site unless ordered.
