Recommended by a colleague and glad we listened. Perfect place for our needs with a wonderful staff. Great restaurant too so all you need is right there. Clean, quiet and well kept. Even the quirky door locks added a unique character to the room. We too will recommend highly

Great find.
Great stay for a night enroute to UK from Sweden. A meal in the hotel restaurant/beer garden was a bonus. Convenient access from motorway and easy parking. Ticked all boxes.

Exceptional hotel. We pulled in at 19:00 without reservations and the multitasking staff catered a room to perfectly meet our needs. Contrary to a Danish couple’s unreasonable review, the staff was nice & professional. Chillin’ out in the biérgarten was a delightful end to a long drive, and they serve the world's best fries. The room was impeccably clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Only one small disappointment: our 9:00 breakfast slot appeared to be too late, as the "good" food was consumed by those with earlier reservations.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, familiär geführt, sehr schöne Zimmer, ruhige Lage, optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Saunabereich, ein unglaublich tolles Frühstücksbuffet, inklusive diverser Kaffeesorten, das Essen im Restaurant mit selbst gemachten Spezialitäten und Zutaten aus der Region ist unglaublich lecker

Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, welches ich immer wieder gerne buche, wenn es mich in die Gegend von Schüttorf bzw. Bad Bentheim verschlägt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Bett sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel Nickisch ist für mich die erste Wahl, wenn es in diese Region geht. Ich freue mich auf das Erlebnis in den neu gebauten Zimmern ...

Bin während eines Seminars im Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück inclusiv vegetarischen und veganen Produkte und kaffeespezialitäten…ruhige Zimmer in denen nichts fehlt. Mittagessen ( lunchbuffet) 16.-€ Top! Abends hatten wir Wildgerichte ( Rehrücken und Wildschwein-Leber ) Super lecker !! Regionale Spezialitäten begleitet von einem freundlichen Service und einen Abstecher an die Bar Lassen uns den Aufenthalt als sehr gut bewerten
