Fantastic hotel with incredible spa. We loved it. Easy ski bus in the morning to Stuben (which we were a bit apprehensive of at first but it was fine). The room was big and comfortable. Really liked the breakfast bread (although get there early)

Food is excellent. Service is excellent. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Spa is nice and very clean. Staff in all hotel is very friendly. Very convenient parking in front of hotel as well as in the garage. The charging stations for electric cars are next door.

very good meals and service! But water from pool was pretty cold... Especilly, dinner and breakfast was excellent. We would like to go there definetly again. Our room was old but it was ok. The front desk person was also friendly.

This is the third Austrian hotel rated 4* star superior we stayed at and they can all give some 5* hotels run for their money! They just know how to run hotels properly in Austria. Clean, love the decor and furnishings, modern but with an Austrian twist. We were on b&b rate but also had afternoon snack included - Very handy especially after a morning trek on a cable car ( located only 5 min walk from the hotel ) which left us feeling peckish. They have free outside car park but also underground garage at extra charge. Would definitely stay again. If you drive on from the hotel, there is a mountain pass route ( payable at a booth if crossing) with the most spectacular views, think of The Italian Job….minus the Lamborghini!

Great newly renovated hotel! We have direct comparison as we stayed directly after in a different 4*S hotel. The room (Silberfichte Suite) was amazing incl. AC and top cleaning service. The SPA incl. outside pool is a relaxing island incl. tea, nuts, fruits and water. There are plenty of saunas, winter storm, infrared beds and relaxing areas. This area is for adults only, however there is a separate ‘family’ spa with sauna and swimming pool as well. As a couple we used both :) The 3/4 board is great. Various breakfast options, in the afternoon you can enjoy salat, coffee, cake and small hot dishes. The dinner was delicious as well. You can decide the main course - meat, fish or vegetarian - at breakfast. All in all a perfect hotel to relax, very quite, service was great - the price is high, however worth every cent. Further in 5min walk you are at the first cable car. Hiking areas are all very close by. We highly recommend the Alpenhotel!

I was here at the beginning of December 2022 for a 3-night-stay and I have enjoyed each and every moment of my time at this venue. The hotel is clean, very well furnished, with friendly personnel, a gym, a room for yoga, a wonderful sauna to relax and it is also not far away from ski resorts. As an alternative to ski, one can also walk on the several trekking paths available in the region and accessible from the hotel. The restaurant offers delicious dishes at evening. It´s really worth spending some days here, no matter whether in summer or in winter.

Das Essen und der Wellness Bereich sind sehr gut. Toll, das es einen Familien Wellness gibt der grosszügig ist.Das Personal im Restaurant nett und gut geschult. Die Hotellobby lädt zum gemütlichen sitzen und trinken ein. Die Zimmer im alten Teil sind nicht schön, das Badezimmer schrecklich. Kein Vergleich zu den Zimmern im neuen Teil des Hauses. Die Lage des Hotels war nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Alles in allem völlig überbezahlt. Die Nacht, inkl. Halbpension, für maximal 300 Euro wär ok, so stimmt Preis-Leistung nicht. Wir haben den direkten Vergleich zu Ischgl, Sölden oder Kitzbühel. Möglicherweise wäre unser Urteil besser, hätten wir ein Zimmer im modernen Gebäude gehabt.

Das Hotel steht an bester Lage, 500m von der Gondelbahn zum Skifahren entfernt. Der SPA Bereich wundeschön mit allerlei extras. Das Essen und die Weinsuswahl wunderbar. Die Zimmer "Silberfichte" traumhaft schön und sauber, etwas zu warm aber wir konnten gut lüften. Der Service eine Herausforderung da das Personsl kaum Deutsch spricht, sehr nett und höflich doch eher kühl und reserviert. Es ist schwieriger gutes Personal zu finden als zufriedene Gäste Die Reception sehr freundlich und auskunftsbererit. Alles in allen TOP!
