The PERFECT Getaway
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this perfect little cabin. Communication with the owners was effortless. They answered all questions quickly. The cabin came equipped with kayaks, games, floats and so much more that really was the cherry on top. The kids were entertained every second of the day. The dock was great for fishing and watching the sunsets. The outdoor fire place and seating area made for the best s’mores! My favorite spot was the screened in porch, we spent most of our time there. On top of everything the cabin had, the town and neighbors were friendly. The public beach, playground, and restraints were great for kids. We were a short drive to lake George, lake placid, and Ticonderoga. All were amazing day trips. The cabin offered everything from sheets to towels to pots and pans. It was a small cabin but most of the time is spent on the porch and dock. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Great place to chill and play
Everything was perfect. We had a great time exploring Paradox Lake with the kayaks and making s’mores over the fire pit. The Pharoah Mountain trails were also super easy to get to. Everything was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. We would love to come again

Peaceful Paradox Lake Cabin
This cabin was everything we needed and wanted for our trip! It spotless, beautiful and well equipped! The beds were comfortable and cozy and the views were unbelievable!
We loved sitting by the dock watching the sun go down over the mountains across the lake, and sitting by the campfire in the evening and hearing the beautiful call of the loons.
Also a short ride to Schroon Lake Village which is a cute little town with all the necessities and shopping you might need or want for your visit
Our hostess, Angela was very friendly, and eager to make sure our trip was everything we wanted . We would love to visit again!

The best porch ever!
We loved the huge screened in porch with a couch, several chairs, and a dining table - spent most of our time out there. Indoors was cozy as well. We survived a long (48 hr) power outage after a nearby tornado, and the host was in communication asking if we needed anything. We were ok - gas stove and grill were used for cooking, we had to haul water from the lake, and kept our food cold with ice. But we were there for the lake, and the lake (and canoe, and dock) were still there.

Perfect Getaway
We just loved this cabin! Very clean and lovely, everything you'd need is available. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake.
Stargazing from the dock was amazing and the firepit is so close and handy from the cabin. Having kayaks at our disposal was a wonderful perk as well. I must say, my new favorite bird call is the loon. We heard them every night and morning, they sound forlorn yet beautiful. A pair of them seemed to follow us around in our kayaks. Wonderful experience!
The welcome book that Angela and John provided is very helpful and informative. A "must eat at" restaurant is the Owl at Twilight.

Clean and Comfy Lake Retreat
Comortable stay in a great location. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning amd reading while listening to the sounds of the birds. Very peaceful. Kayaking on the lake at sunset when the water was like glass was lovely. We had fun kayaking to the 3 islands. A wonderful stay.

Best cabin in the Adirondacks!
We love this cabin so much that we chose it as our vacation destination two summers in a row! Paradox Lake is a beautiful, quiet lake. We love the deck and dock that come with the property - it’s where we spend most of our time.
The cabin is cute, cozy, and a place you want to spend your time at. The beds and linen are amazing. The furniture is comfortable and we love cooking in the kitchen.
We also can’t say enough about the screened in porch. We love eating and playing board games at the large table.
Lastly, the owners are AMAZING. They really do care about your stay and are one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with on VRBO.
