We had three rooms at the hotel. Upon going to bed, we found out that one room had feces on the sheets and the other room had human hair on the sheets. At 10:00 pm, there was no one to contact to get clean sheets so we had to sleep on the bare mattress. The next day when we told the owner, she never apologized, just changed the sheets. In addition, the smoke alarms do not work. All three rooms had smoke alarms mounted on the ceilings but did not have any batteries in them. It was very concerning since we were on the third floor of a very old building with no fire escape. I have no idea how it would pass a fire inspection!

Small but welcoming structure, extremely helpful and courteous staff. Located slightly away from local traffic so quiet at night. The proposed dinner respected the canons of traditional German cuisine. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything

Small, very pleasant and quiet hotel located in a dead end street far from the noise. Very clean and spacious rooms, bathrooms a little too cramped. No elevator. Breakfast and half board are OK. Helpful and smiling staff. Ideal starting point for hikes.

Einfach und gut trifft absolut zu. Wir waren 2 Nächte mit HP in Zimmer 39 und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut. Sehr sauber, gute Betten und Decken, alles schon etwas älter, aber absolut in Ordnung. Gerade im Zeitalter der Nachhaltigkeit brauchen wir kein neu gefliestes Badezimmer, wenn die ca. 40 Jahre alten noch voll ok sind. Man fühlt sich etwas in der Zeit zurückversetzt. Die Fugen und Armaturen, alles top. Das gefiel uns. Das Frühstück absolut ausreichend und super Cappuccino. Im Restaurant wurden uns frisch gemachte Speisen einschließlich der selbstgemachten Soßen von einer sehr netten Bedienung serviert. Uns hat es super geschmeckt. Da wir nicht auf 5 Sterne Hotels stehen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.
