Unfortunately, there is still a lot of room for improvement here. Sometimes less is more, I say. The sauna area and the swimming pool are too built up and the water is too cold. I also found the food to be too little for the price of €219 for 2 nights with half board per person in a double room.

So I can only say a very friendly staff breakfast and dinner very good and sufficient spa area very good all in all it was good. We were only there for 2 nights, it's a bit short, you should add a few days longer. Room okay - cleanliness was okay. we would recommend the hotel.

Great hotel with excellent cuisine and very guest-oriented staff. It was a very nice time in the house and in the region. The staff is very friendly, whether in service, kitchen, reception or housekeeping. The kitchen spoils you with a three-course menu every evening. Fresh fruit and cold drinks are available daily in the sauna area. You can linger in the pool area and the children have fun running around in the water. It's just a few steps from the hotel and you're in the forest. No matter whether it's for hiking or a bike ride. There is a lot to discover for children too. We'd love to come back.

Three stars for the very old furnishings and the room. Five stars for the very good cuisine and the great warmth of the staff. The sauna is very small, unfortunately the water in the swimming pool is a bit too cold. But very nice opportunities to relax, with tea and fruit.

We recommend. The food is excellent, especially the vegan options. Big compliments to the chef. Very nice staff. The wellness area is also great. We felt very comfortable.

Wir waren über Jochen Schweizer mit Gutschein hier, und fühlten uns wie Gäste zweiter Klasse. Das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt, eigentlich kann man für diese Preise hier solch ein Zimmer niemanden anbieten, das Bad sehr klein und ebenfalls sehr abgewohnt. Würde das Zimmer nicht mal für umsonst gut heißen, man traut sich gewisse Sachen besser nicht anzufassen, einfach ekelig. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Bundesstraße, in den Zimmern hört man sehr den Verkehr auf der Straße, bis spät in die Nacht. Der TV im Zimmer hatte die größe eines PC Monitors, es waren 4 Programme programiert, den Rest musste man sich selbst zusammensuchen. Wir waren wandern, kamen Abends zurück, wollten essen, weil wir sehr hungrig waren, bestellten ein Schnitzel mit Pilzen und Spätzle, was dann kam war nur zum Kopfschütteln, die Portion hätte nicht mal ein 8 jähriges Kind satt gemacht und das ganze für 27 € pro Person. Wir mussten anschließend zum Italiener, noch ne Pizza essen, damit wir satt wurden, sehr traurig sowas. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet war aktzeptabel, wenn auch nicht berauschend. Wir können das Hotel in keinster Weise empfehlen, sowas hatten wir bis dahin noch nie erlebt. Beim auschecken an der Rezeption drauf angesprochen, wurde nur mit ok beantwortet, sonst kam nichts...... Hier stimmt nichts, auck kein Preis Leistung. Abendessen am Buffet für 34 Euro, man kann sich nur Suppe und Salat vom Buffet holen, den Hauptgang und den Nachtisch bekommt man auf dem Teller gebracht, in sehr kleinen Portionen, Kinderportionen.....für das Geld nur abzocke hier. Wir werden ganz sicher nie wieder in das Hotel kommen.
