it has clean room and good location only take a few minutes to the airport, however there is no bed sheet and I'm so confused, it’s generally good.

The service is very poor. There is no one to receive and maintain the hotel. It looks like no one has lived there for a long time. There are a lot of mites.

The road from the airport is very difficult to find. It takes more than ten minutes to go around and take a taxi for 20 euros. Not suitable for short stays. There is no front desk. You have to find the password from the email to check in by yourself.

非常非常差的體驗，因為我們是週六到達所以之前電話聯繫三次問詢online check-in code的問題，問能不能至少提前一天發過來。
回覆不可以，衹能當天下午3點發過來，結果我們下飛機都已經4點半了，衹發過來2間房的密碼（我們總共定了14間）。
在從機場去酒店的路上打了3個電話，為什麼打3個，因為電話是總部的，總部人需要找柏林當地的確認，所以打一個電話他們去確認掛斷電話，15-20分鐘沒回復，我再打過去又換了不同的接線員，我得把事情再重複講一遍，最後一次電話真是受不了了，重複的電話一遍遍説，解釋都解釋累了，我發火了，我説我都提前聯繫好多次你們為什麼處理效率這麼低？説是週末是work from home，所以不及時。既然週末不能及時處理明知道我們是週末到達為什麼不提前發又衹能入住當天發簡直前後矛盾。
一直折騰到8點多所有的才過來，結果還發錯了一個（不是我們的人），另外還有一個碼是不能用的，又聯繫3次才現場自助做了個卡，體驗感不是一般的差，大家來這裏果斷避開。
除此之外，房間特別特別小，小的可憐！！！另外，入住碼必須要登錄郵箱，才能找到連結，我們這個團好多人都從來不用郵箱，所以我得一個一個幫大家開門，信號還不是特別好，非常麻煩。
我建議攜程可以把這個酒店屏蔽掉了！！太差了，不是一般的差！
